REPAIR AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANK, SOAKAGE WELL, FENCING IN MD ACCN AT MIL STN JAISALMER

Cleaning of septic tank, man holes and inspection chamber etc. by means of removing the silt, sludge, excreta etc. or other materials, manually or mechanically and depositing the same, where directed at a distance not exceeding 150m including excavation of pits of required size to accommodate the foul materials taken out from septic tank, manholes, soakage pits and covering of the same with soil, not less than 30cm thick layer and making good all excavated site as required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item No. 1.00 :- (i) Depth of silt, sludge, excreta, etc shall only be measured and paid. (ii) Dewatering/pumping out of foul water shall be measured and paid separately.

Pumping out foul water from soakage wells / septic Tank mechanically and removing sludge etc complete of following capacity :-

(a) Capacity 10 Users

(b) 20 Users

(c) 50 Users

(d) 100 Users

(e) 250 Users

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.00m depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soil including spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in layer etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound in sealed pack (ISI marked) complet all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surface in cement mortar 1:4 including water proofing compound and finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :-Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:4 & finished the surface even & fair without using extra cement all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) of 150mm bore set in cement mortar including demolition of packing under and hauching against sides of pipes complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) of 200mm bore set in cement mortar including demolition of packing under and hauching against sides of pipes complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete for 150mm bore pipe all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair, 110mm bore PVC (SWR) single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints & fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premise complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F glazed ceramic coloured joint free tiles of size 450mm x350mmx 7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured jointless tiles of size 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, grade B-II (a) superior quality confirming to IS- 13755 as in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of choked sewage line of 100 mm bore of pipe including drains by rodding and well flushing with water, taking out waste materials any quantity and depositing where directed including covering the same with at least 30cm thick layer of soil all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of manholes exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3m depth by means of removing the silt, sludge, etc & bailing out water complete manually or mechanically and covering of the same with soil, not less than 30cm thick layer and making good all excavated site as required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Pumping out of water / liquid from soak wells of any capacity or size and discharge the same to nallah / drains through hose pipe or by other means upto distance of 250 mtr. Including removing old brick bats/Slucisy material from the soak well and refilling the same after washing brick bats with water etc complete in all respect complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of floor trap, gully trap in any size by means of removing the silt, sludge, etc & bailing out water complete manually or mechanically and removing the same out side MD land complete and making good all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Blockage of WC/EWC in any type floor by means of removing the silt, sludge, etc & bailing out water complete manually or mechanically and removing the same out side MD land complete and making good all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Blockage of urinal in any type floor by means of removing the silt, sludge, etc & bailing out water complete manually or mechanically and removing the same out side MD land complete and making good all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slab & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L sand stone slabs 10cm thick in sun-shades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates, etc. n exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in lime mortar 1:2 or cement mortar 1:4. complete

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embeded portion and making good distrubed ground on concrete, brick work, masonry etc and removing of demolished materials out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description specifically provided for gates, staircase railings, framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel framed works such as angles, tees, channels, etc as in fenching posts large and small gates and grills, gratings and chainlink fenching etc, including hanging gates in pillar with proper pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts ,etc complete.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel round Bar 10 mm dia cut to length bent to shape as required, for fixing chain link fencing fixed with nut & bolt as in tie bar complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Mild steel flat iron for securing of chain link fencing conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 in post and strut in fencing including fabrication i.e. cutting tops drilling holes notching for wire welding etc complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of old barbed wire from fencing posts complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and training and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry and built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
