M&L for 7.5 cm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM in , with coarse aggregate or granite, trap, basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40mm) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient materials and camber as required using roller exc 8 tonne n.exc 12 tonnes complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of unsurfaced WBM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked, mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bitumenous primer (using paving bitumen) @ 10 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using power roller exc 8 tonnes & n.exc 12 tonnes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 Kg. Per 10 Sq.M using paving bitumen complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Bituminous Premixed semi dense asphalitic concrete (SDAC) 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix laid in mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using power roller exc 8 tonnes and n exc 12 tonnes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for excavating in trenches, in soft/loose soil n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc., or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc., n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out and all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc 250 m and upto total distance of 500 m depositing as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Returning, filling in, including speading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 2.5mm thick road marking strips (Retro-reflective) of specified shade / colour, using hot thermoplastic material with fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surfaces including necessary T&P, including cleaning the road surface off all dirt, scales, oil, all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PMMA striplens reflector fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. [Make : 3M/Swareflex/ Dark Eye]

Supply and fix 800mm dia of Convex Mirror made of PC Material provided with suitable stainless steel pipe post of 75mm dia as per site requirement. It should be meant for road turning, intersections, curves, T-junctions, Hospital, Parking lots etc., It is also deal for surveillance. It should have clear & define mirror image having 130 degree of viewing angle. It should be unbreakable & stronger than the glass and fixed on ground by PCC 1:2:4 complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix pre-cast kerb stone type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:6 of any shape and size as approved by Garrison Engineer, including necessary excavation and earth work including returning filling in the earth from site if any, kerb stone shall be fixed in true line and level or in curves for edging of road side path complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (yellow/black) over coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for moorum/ Soil filling in shoulder or pavings etc., laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/hard-standing/path finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block. Exc 10cm in width in PCC type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick cement mortar 1:4 over a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 (Total 15mm thick) on concrete or brick masonry surfaces and finishing the top surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
