Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) with water proofing compound (External surface), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge. (NOTE:- Water Proofing Compound measured under item No. 8.00 )

M&L for first quality joint free Non Skid glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 400x400x 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) as in floors set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement including provision of screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for 1st quality, joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick on vertical surface of walls set and jointed with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg / Sqm and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M & L Vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 8-9mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match with the tiles incl. 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in C.M 1:6 etc complete all as specified & as directed

All the same as per here-in-above but vitrified tiles of size on vertical surfaces such as skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match with the tiles incl. rendering 15mm thick in C.M 1:3 on brick work or concrete surfaces etc. complete all as specified & as directed

(iii) First layer of cement slurry @ 0.444 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based modified cementious composite compound @ 0.222 Litre/Sqm and allow it to air dry for 04 hours. (iv) Second layer of cement slurry @ 0.222 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.111 Litre/Sqm and allow it to air dry for 04 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (v) 200 micron thick polythene film shall be pasted with help of adhesives over treatment. Note :- Joints of WC/Trap/Soil waste shall be properly sealed with sealing compound. Testing of all traps and joint and sunken slab shall be done as per IS-1742 before filling and tiling work.
