REPAIR MAINT OF SPLIT WINDOW AC AND AC PLANT INCLUDING MANNING OF AC PLANTS AT SEVOKE ROAD MIL STN UNDER GE SEVOKE ROAD

Overhauling the outdoor and indoor unit of Split type air conditioner 1.5/2.0 ton capacity after removing refrigerant pipe connection, electric wire connection for the following repair/replacement works & complete servicing of machine all as specified and directed:- (a) Repair of the suction and discharge tube and cooling coil and replacement of heat resistive thermo coal tube of gas & liquid line as required. (b) De-scaling the complete refrigeration system with carbon tetra chloride, replacement of defective capillary tube, strainer and drier of required size assembling the system, leakage test of the system by applying approximate head of vacum up to (-) 75CM column of mercury. Note: (i) If any spares required to be replaced the same shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item (ii) If defective AC shall not be attended within 24 hours after recieving complaint, penalty will be recovered at double the rate quoted by the contractor.

All as per item No 1.00 but window type.

Taking out carefully existing defective sealed compressor of window/split type AC 1.5/2.0 ton capacity as mentioned below and supply and fixing factory sealed compressor as per existing model and make including brazing, leak tesing,vaccumising, charging refrigerant as required to maintain design grill temperature including testing and commisioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Repairing of unserviceable split /window type air conditioner of any capacity and make in day to day maint and making it serviceable in all respect with minor repair work by providing sufficient and skilled manpower. Work shall also be included to checking serviceability of all type of accessories as and when directed. Note: (a) The contractor or his representatine will recieve complaint from MES complaint register through MES job card. (b ) Contractor will made separate item register with location, date and signature of user. (c ) The Ladder, Transportation and T & P as required will be provided by the contractor.. (f) Spare parts required for repairing will be measured and paid separately in the relevant items

Servicing only of split/widow type air conditioner 1.5/2.0 ton capacity after removing electric connection & electrical spares & cleaning of cooling coil, filter and other parts, removing of dust etc including greasing of moving parts, re-installation of AC to its original position & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only refrigerant gas (R-22) in cylinder of 5KG capacity for ACs and package type AC plant etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Empty cylinder will be returned to the contractor.

Taking down /Un- installing the voltage stablizer of any capacity of any make from any location and carry out repair work and install at the same location after repair work including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Detecting of gas/refrigerant leakage in the system by charging the dry nitrogen gas and rectifying the same by brazing and vacumising including recharging of refrigerant F-22 / Refron / Mafron as recommended by manufacturer to maintain the design grill temperature and Testing & commissioning including charging of compressor oil (CAPILA-D) for window type AC 1.5/2 ton capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note-Cost of Gas is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.

All as per item No 10 here-in-before but for split type AC 1.5/2 TR capacity.

S & F 15 mm bore, push cock tap of brass chromium plated for water cooler of any make, including taking down defective push cock complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Servicing, overhauling and greasing including de-scaling and cleaning of chocked pipe water circulating lines including service valves, condenser (heat Exchanger) to cooling tower, by dismantling the complete water pipe line by opening flange, socket, gate valve etc. cleaning the inner bore of pipe by any means to remove the scale, cleaning of condenser with concentrated de-scaling solution (concentrated hydrochloric acid) mixed with water in suitable proportion till the complete deposits/scale is removed as ordered, circulating through pump, servicing of valves, cooling tower, water spray assembly, cleaning with suitable size of drill rod, wire brush including dismantling and connecting all dismantled components in proper position painting of pipe line with same colour paint as per existing colour after servicing /overhauling/greasing etc including packing gasket 3mm thick, nuts, bolts with washer, testing of water line for leakage,refilling of refrigerent gas complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge for central AC plant 3 x 7.5TR capacity. (Note: new items to be replaced including gas will be measured and paid separately under relevent items)

NOTE : (i) Compressor and other required spares Parts will be Measured and Paid separately under respective Items. (ii) QUOTED UNIT RATE shall also deemed to be included for any Minor Parts such as Machine Screw, Washer, Rubber Bush, etc. required for proper setting of Machine.

Provinding services for operation of Package type 3 x 7.5 TR AC plant with DG sets of any make & capacity by deploying one Refrigerator mechanic (Skilled) daliy (i/c Sundays & holidays) in one shift of 8 (eight) hours daily throughout the contract period complete all as directed by the Engr-in -Charge including operation of following services:-

(i) Cleaning of entire area of plant & cutting of grass from the roots & keeping the premises in hygenic condition the area of the installation.

(ii) Providing insurances to all engaged personnels/workers as per labour ACT.

(iii) Providing two sets of uniform for duty personnels with proper badge marking "AC Plant Operator".

(iv) Preparation of duty roster for each month to be prepare in advance & display in AC plant showing the person in duty in each shift including the reliver for "off" duty as per labour Act, it should also be a part of RAR/Final bill fr verifiaction

(v) Necessary Tools Like Torch, cutting plier, pipe wrench, lock with key, gum boots, Spanner & Transpotation for the operator will be provided by contractor on his oiwn cost. No Extra payment will made on this account.

(vi) The operator shall be refrigerator mechanic ITI passed and shall have experience and knowledge for operation of AC Plant ,DG Set etc.

(vii) Diesel for DG set if required will be issued from MT yard of AGE E/M Sevoke Road. The Contractor will be responsible for collection of diesel and sending the same to installation by arranging vehicles as and when required. Cost of which is deemed to be including in the quoted rate.
