Dismantling of steel work Dismantling of steel work including angles, tees, flats, soleplates, spacers, fishplates, clamps, channels ,gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including removal of concrete on dismembered steel items, cutting to desired lengths, weighing and depositing the same at designated scrap bins at locations within MDL premises and as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Drilling by Core cutting Machine in RCC Core cutting in RCC for inserting anchor bolts of 20 mm dia. to required length upto 300mm complete as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying & Installation of ISCR 120 crane rails along with Rail Fixtures & Fastenings Supplying & installation of Crane rail ISCR 120 Rails which includes the following a.) ISCR 120 Rails: As per IS: 3443:1980 specifications. b.) Hot Dip Galvanized Soleplate: 20mm thick of size 2990mm X 300mm, E-250 Grade B. as per IS: 2062 specifications or equivalent with approval of Engineer Incharge with necessary holes for foundation bolts of (M20 X 300) & levelling screws (M16 x 80). c.) This also includes providing and fixing Anchor bolts Full threaded stud type M20 x 300 Grade 8.8.Galvanized (12 nos per sole plate, 1008 nos ) with 1 nut and 1washer in each bolt, this also includes anchoring the core for anchor bolt with Resin anchoring, Lokfix E77 (Fosroc made), or equivalent as per manufacturer Specifications & approval of Engineer Incharge ,levelling screws M16x 80 hex type full threaded grade 4.6 galvanized at 750 mm c/c (8 no per sole plate total 672 nos) d.) Hot dip galvanized Weldable Rail clips Suitable for ISCR 120 rail profile Gantrex / Gantrail make or equivalent with approval of Engineer in charge (including bolts Gr.10.9 ) @ 600mm c/c(10 nos of clip per sole plate, 840 nos ). (Welding of Railclips should be as per Manufacturer Specification) e.) Flat profile Rail Pad vulcanised with reinforced steel insert (252 meter total length ) suitable for ISCR 120 Rail profile Gantrail/Gantrex make or equivalent with approval of Engineer Incharge. f.) Rail to Rail joint is to be done with aluminothermic welding which includes welding kit - ISCR 120 single shot crucible, mould shoe , sealing powder, mould cover ,cleaning rod, rail guard, gap gauge, slag container etc. This also includes finishing of Alumino thermic weld joint to required tolerance on 1m straight edge and USFD Testing for AT weld). g.) This also includes installation charges of Crane rail ISCR 120 rails and accessories with Rail drilling, AT welding, Alignment , Grouting , Levelling etc. as per requirement . Note: i) Galvanization of the Anchor bolts, rail Fixtures & fastenings as per ISO 1461:2009 (80 micron) . ii) 20% percent payment of this item rate shall be made on supply of ISCR 120 Rails & along with fixtures & fastenings & remaining payment after installation, testing & commissioning of the Rail track. iii) MTC & quality certificate for Rail, Fixtures & Fastenings shall be submitted.

Cementitious grout Filling the gap between concrete surface & sole plate with Conbextra GP-V (Fosroc make or equivalent) or high strength non shrink grout having compressive strength 90 Mpa (28 days) all as per manufacturers specification and with approval of Engineer incharge.

Providing & Fixing MS Crane Buffer P & F MS Crane Buffer or crane track as per required location including fixing ,anchoring ,grouting using Hilti-500 grout or equivalent etc.as per drawing and as directed by Engineer In Charge.

M15 Grade Concrete Providing and laying in position M-15 Grade Concrete with minimum cement content of 240kg /cum ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/ Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
