Part 04: Repairs to P.U.E.School RCC Single Class Room Building(South Facing) at Thoppanayagam Habitation in Senniyaviduthi Panchayat.

Chipping the existing plastered surface and removed away including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished shahabad stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand)thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone M.Sand) 12mm thick complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

White washing two coats using shell lime including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc comoplete for 10 Sqm

Painting the walls with two coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint over one coat of primer as instructed by the department officers including preparation of surface curing

Painting two coats over old iron works using ready mixed enamel paint including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete

Black board Painting two coats using black oxide for Old blackboard including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete
