M&L Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on internal surfaces of brick masonry wall finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on external surfaces of brick masonry wall finished and smooth without using extra cement and using water proofing compound admixture as per manufacturer's instruction, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door / window / Ceosetory windows & other Frames / Chowkhat of size 50 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder / rice husk / wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite / borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast / lugs / SS dash fasteners of required dia and length , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) M.S. hold fast / lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately. (ii) For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be paid separately.

All as per Ser Item No. 1.021 here-in-before but wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly.

S&F 2nd class hard wood plain solid straight chowkhat and frames wrought framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured non skid joint free ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / Rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and including over 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces of size 350 x 250 x 7mm / 450 x 350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3, on brick or concrete surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note : (i) As per description of these item minimum two coats of Polyurethene (PU) acrylic based water proofing liquid compound over one coat of primer shall be carried out by as per manufacturer instruction.
