S&F installation, testing and commissioning of new water heater storage type, electric suitable for single phase ,50HZ, AC supply, 2 KW heating element, with safety fusible plug confirming to relevant IS of 25 ltrs capacity 05 Star rated fixed with fastner of 6 inches set of 4 and with connection pipes of stainless steel SS 304 grade pack of with PTMT nuts of length 24 Inches and testing complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix desert cooler of Standard Size & having Steel Body of at least 24 guage sheet and electric driven single phase having nominal air flow capacity of 5000 CuM per hour or nearest size complete all as specified and directed. (Steel Body) Make of Motor and kit:- khaitan 3 Step.

Taking down carefully copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, holders, regulators, sockets etc,removing materials from site and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring of 2.5 sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, sheathed, flame retardent, One 3 pin socket outlet independent, cable 1100 volts grade in PVC caping & casing ISI marked fixed on roof/cielling/wall all as per site requirement with all fixing arrangement like screw, tee, socket,bend etcas per IS including sunk type steel terminal boxes and PVC laminated top sheet covers 3 mm thick complete with earth continuity conductor of size 1.5 sqmm single core copper conductor multistranded cableconnected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Sheet metal enclosures ac box with socket plug top and MCBs single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug with socket complete with one single pole 20 Amp MCB complete all as specified and directed. Make: havells or equilent

Supply & fix GI Tubes 15 mm dia medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls/floors/trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F of Bib tap brass CP screwed for iron pipe of size 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in stop valve brass CP high pressure both ends screwed for iron pipe of size 15 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F of danger notice plate 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, viterous enamelled white, with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT of size 20cm x15 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Cleaning and upkeeping of sub station area, surrounding area of LT Panel/Bus Bar/Feeder pillar box and clearing away all grass vegetation, sapplings,shrubs,bushes under growth roots and trees not exc 30 cm girth ( Measured 1 mtr above the ground level) and removing of rubbish to a distance of 50 mtr out side periphary complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for painting feeder pillar box/LT panels of inside, outside and all six sides including all angle iron legs after preparation of old painted surfaces with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply, fabricating , fixing in repair structural mild steel channel angle iron, flat iron and brackets etc for fabrications of cross arms, bracings, supports, D-clamps, stiffeners, eye hooks, bolts, pole clamps and back plates including nuts, bolts and washers, welding bending cold , or hot drilling holes for insulators bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one red oxide primer coat ,one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note:- Insulators to be measured and paid for separately)
