Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of In door type, floor mounted step down transformer, 11 KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz, 315 KVA capacity, core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, Oil Natural-Air Natural (ON AN), with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYN-11 with Neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapings at +5% to -10%in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 40 degree celsius in oil and 45 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius. Perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shall be IS 1180 (Part-I) : 2014, Energy Efficient Level -III and shall comprise of the following :-

(a) One cable box on HT side (primary side) consisting of three nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception / taking out 95 sqmm x 3 core, HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete all as specified and directed. (b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable size/rating of cable complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel). (e) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, Oil level gauge, Oil drain filter valve, Lifting lugs, Oil filling hole with cap / plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (f) One no 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device. (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of earth strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral, in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 marked, filtered and tested upto 50 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes (l) Provn the angle iron channel for floor mounted indoor type transfomer as per site requirement. (m) Providing adequate size and nos of channels, embeded in platform floor, for movement of transformer. (n) Unidirectional roller wheel. (o) Other accessories as per manufacturer design.

NOTE : (i) Transformer shall be supplied inclusive of initial oil filling to appropriate level of insulation oil with desired dielectric strength. (ii) Disconnection, taking out and shifting of old u/s transformer is to be done from site to AGE E/M store yard where directed complete. All T&Ps shall be arranged by the contractor for the same. Cost of same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

All as per above ser item No. 01 but capacity 500 KVA

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick directly buried in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below the ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron at 2 points & GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade for protection of earthing strip PCC chamber 1:3:6 (type C-1) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, watering pipe 20mm bore light grade, funnel with wire mesh, 50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm MS bars at 150 mm centre to centre both ways and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR part-I and including excavation & earth work & connecting the earthing point / equipment complete

Supply and laying rubber mat of 1m x2m x19 mm, ISI marked complete all as directed

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 300 sqmm X 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed (Note :- Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, bricks protection shall be measured & paid separately)

All as per above item no but of size 400 sqmm X 3.5 core

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size not less than 95 sqmm X 3 core complete all as specified and directed (Note :- Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, bricks protection shall be measured & paid separately)

M&L for cable jointing kit to for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing suitable for 3 core XPLE, armoured AI conductor cable of size not less than 95 Sqmm x 3 Core cable complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in soft soil & getting out including levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified

M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm Punned thickness before laying the cable and 15 cm Punned thicknes after laying the cable in trenches to cover under ground cable all as directed. Note:- Punned thickness will be measured for payment.

M&L for one layer of bricks class 'B' laid flat across the cable for protection cover on the top of the sand cushioning for LT cable protection complete

Removing excavated material /soil from site to a distance not exc 50mtr away and depositing where directed and level not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point all as directed

Returning filling, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all as specified.

M & L for dander notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, 25x20 cm size, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.
