Hire & labour charges for construction of temporary pandal with a minimum height of 4.5 mtr and above with strong bamboo post and bamboo runner for sides and roof with water proof tarpaulin cover, color cloth ceiling & walling including jhalore and facia of colored cloth on front and sides and covering the low height platform with synthetic color carpet complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The mode of measurement will be as per covered floor area.

Hire & labour charges for erecting platform up to 2'(Two feet) height with 19mm thick ply of approved thickness necessary post bracing, runner of suitable section complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Hire & labour charges for construction of temporary Tower with strong salbullah post with required bracing for height up to 30' (Thirty feet) and 6 ft X 6 ft platform at top and necessary fixing of lighting arrangement as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Hire & labour charges for construction of overhead Gate with wooden frame of size 30' (L) x 16'(H) with strong bamboo post with required bracing& runner finished with decorative colored cloth on wooden frame and facia as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of PVC chair on hired basis as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of PVC Table with Table cloth of size 5' x 3' on hired basis as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Hire and labour charge for minimum 2.4 mtr heigh Barricading the pond side with corrugated sheet and other materials as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Hire and labour charge for upto 3m high good quality Branding Signage with bamboo & wooden runner as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Hire and labour charge for providing and installed good quality Printed Banner (having size - 3m x 2m) for layout Map at different places as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface Dressing and levelling of pandal ground area at different necessary places including cutting of unwanted bushes, shrubs, vegetations like elephant grass(Hogla) jungle by mechanical means in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Ramp by Brick bats or Similar item for easy movement of vehicels from Bitumnous road to car Parking Zone.

Jhama Consolidation in pockets of east side of bus parking area after removal of elephant grass in pockets and patches for easy movement of vehicle as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
