ARMO 24_25 SH Operation and Maintenance Contract for all Electrical and Mechanical Installations related to Colony and Cargo area at Mangaluru International Airport

Amount

Operation & Maintenance contract of all E&M Installations of Colony and cargo areas which involves maintenance, attending to complaint/fault/breakdowns, carrying out minor repairs and taking rectification action ensuring serviceablity/ satisfactory working condition of the system, carrying out preventive maintenance, maintenance of records and documentation etc. on all days including sundays & holidays. The work shall be carried out as per General & Special conditions of the contract and instructions issued time to time by engineer-in-charge.

Providing unskilled workers for temprary nature of work/works unsusceptible to measure as and when required including necessary T&P works like (shifting of store items/office, verification of annual stock, shifting of material / ladders and other similar type of works) as directed by EIC.

Lifting & lowering of different size submersible pump including pipe line, cable, dismantling the defective motor pump set and installing the new repaired motor & pump set, arranging T & P and consumables as and when required basis. (charges for repairing or rectification of pump/motor need not be included)

Rewinding of 3phase, 415 V, 50HZ submersible pump motors of upto 7.5 HP with suitable size super enameled electrical grade copper wire and insulation including transportation from site to workshop and back as and when required basis. (Credit for burnt copper winding wire shall be considered while quoating)

Supply & Replacement of faulty bearings of the ceiling/wall mounted/exhaust/cabin fan, overhauling etc complete as and when required basis

Rewinding of ceiling fan of all sizes as and when required basis. (Credit for burnt copper winding wire shall be considered while quoting)

Carrying out dehydration / filteration of Transformer oil till the requied BDV value is reached including conducting acidity test from recognised agency/institution and submission of reports of the above test and topping up of available Transformer oil etc as required 250 KVA, 11000/440V indoor Transformer with oil capacity of 300 ltrs. First Year

Supply of silica gel crystals for use in transformer breather as and when required

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable surface box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. ( GROUP C)

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. 2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. 3 x 1.5 sq. mm

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. 3 x 2.5 sq. mm

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including painting in case of surface conduit, or cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. - 20 mm

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including painting in case of surface conduit, or cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. - 25 mm

Supplying and fixing 6 to 32 Amps SP MCB rating, 415 volts, 'C' curve, miniature circuit breaker in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 6 to 32 Amps DP MCB rating, 415 volts, 'C' curve, miniature circuit breaker in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 40 Amps FP MCB rating, 415 volts, 'C' curve, miniature circuit breaker in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 25/ 32amps 240 volts “C” curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following size /modules, plastic surface box alongwith modular base & cover plate for modular switches in surface/recess etc. as required. 3 module (100 mm x 75 mm)

Supplying and fixing following size /modules, plastic surface box alongwith modular base & cover plate for modular switches in surface/ recess etc. as required. 6 module (200 mm x 75 mm)

Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required. 5/6 A switch

Supply of ISI marked 6 Amps piano type One Way switch suitable to operate in 230V, 50Hz single phase AC supply complete as required as per list of approved makes.

Supplying of following piano type switch/ socket for fixing on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required. 5/6 A socket outlet

Supply of ISI marked 6 Amps Piano type Two Way switch suitable to operate in 230V 50 Hz single phase AC supply complete as required as per list of approved makes.

Supply of ISI marked 15/20 Amps Piano type One Way switch with two fixing holes suitable to operate in 230V, 50Hz single phase AC supply complete as required as per list of approved makes.

Supplying of piano type stepped type 100W Fan regulator (2 module) suitable to operate in 230V, 50Hz single phase AC supply complete as required as per list of approved make, fixing on the existing phenolic laminated sheet and switchbox including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supply of 4 ft. 1 x 18/20W Indoor type CDL (cool day light) LED Batten with extruded polycarbonate, environmental friendly, energy efficient ready to use packaging etc. complete as required. (Model No. : Havells make, LED Pride Plus NXT Batten 20 W 6500 K or equivalent)

Supply of 12 W-CDL (cool day light) LED bulb with B-22 base suitable to operate in 230V, 50Hz single phase AC supply complete as required as per list of approved makes.

Supply of 1200 mm sweep energy efficient, with double ball bearing, standard down rod and other standard accessories etc without regulator suitable for operation on 230 V 50 Hz AC supply etc complete as required.

Supply of 2.5 Micro Farad Capacitor for use with ceiling fans suitable to operate in 230V, 50Hz single phase AC supply complete as required as per list of approved makes.

Supply of Ding Dong type Door call bell piano type suitable to operate in 230V, 50Hz single phase AC supply complete as required as per list of approved makes.
