G.C.P CUM WATER HARVESTING PROJECT

Preparation of site, Removal of mud & cleaning the jungle etc. complete as directed.

E/w. in excavation for making diversion channel including removing the spoil including dressing, grading

E/w. in filling for construction of Coffer Dam to divert the water through the Diversion Channel by head load up to the lead of 60M with approved quality all leads and lift.

Earth work in excavation of foundation. Trenches including filling up the trenches & removal of surplus spoil after & other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom etc.

E/W. below the Gully bed level including bailing out water etc.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm. nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and complete by vibration including curing etc.

Providing R.C.C. work with R.C.C. grade M.20 in foundation, abatement of head wall, extension head wall, Apron, side wall of the spill way with gravel 6mm. to 20 mm. size reinforced with proper reinforcement as per design & specification as directed.

Supplying of Reinforcement (TMT) in position to reinforce Cement concrete work including cutting, banding, cranking with hooking, tying with two piles 0.9 mm. annealed wire as per specification etc.

Cement plastering 12mm. thick in proper 1:3 including cleaning the surface & curing etc. complete as directed.

E/w. in filling in front of head wall, extension head wall by the side of side wall by 3/3 head load with approved quality of soil with all lead & lift ramming & compacting etc.

Cost of Rapidite Oil for quick setting of R.C.C. work.

(Boulder laid without wire crates) Providing & laying boulder apron on river bed in front of structure for protection against scouring with stone boulder weighing not less than 40Kg each, complete as per drawing & technical specification.

Earth work in excavation of foundation. Trenches including filling up the trenches & removal of surplus spoil after & other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom etc.

(Boulder laid with wire crates) Providing & laying of boulder apron laid in wire crate with 4mm dia G.I. wire Conforming in 100mm x 100mm mesh including 10% extra For laps.

Construction of earthen guide bund/periphery bund with approved soil/material obtained from borrow pits with all lift & leads, transporting to site, Spreading, grading to required slope etc.

Turfing with sods :- Furnishing and laying of the live sods of perennial turf forming grass on embankment slope, verges or other locations shown on the drawing or as directed by the Engineer including preparation of ground , fetching of rods and watering.
