Construction of Car Parking Shed at AWC Campus

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 2.8.1 All kinds of soil.

Brick Soling Tile brick masonry work 5 cm thick with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) tile bricks of class designation 10 in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) in superstructure above plinth and upto floor five level.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Reinforced Cement Concrete Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Shuttering Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Reinforcement Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Structural Steel Work Steel work riveted and/ or bolted/ riveted in built up sections, frame work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red Iead paint up to 4.6m height above plinth including drilling holes, supplying, fitting and fixing with bolts and nuts or welding, if necessary as directed. Structural steel work in single sections including cutting, hoisting fixing, in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including driling holes, supplying Sitting and fixing with bolts and nuts or welding, if necessary as directed. b) In single stanchions (columns) composed of RSJ or channels with.caps. bases, splices. angle brackets etc.

Roof Truss Providing fitting, hoisting and fixing of roof trusses including purlins fabricated using MS circular hollow section conforming to relevant I.S. code, as per approved design and drawings including providing M.S. cleats, base plates, bolts and nuts and one coat of red oxide Zinc Chromate primer and two coats of approved ehamel paints complete including fitting necessary cleats etc. for fixing ceiling joists as per design and drawing as directed. a) TATA make Circular Hollow section-CHS of Grade YST-310 conforming to I.S. Specification: 1161-1998

Roofing Providing Pre Painted Galvanized Iron Sheet Roofing (PPGI) at all levels including riding and fixing with self drilling, self tapping screws complete. (Roof trusses, purlins etc. to be measured and paid separately). TATA Blue scope/ Dyna roof/ Durakolor/ Wonder Roof or equivalent as directed by the Departement. iii) 0.50 mm thick

Providing Pre Painted Galvanized Iron Sheet (PPGI) accessories (Ridges / Valley / Gutter /Flashing) at all levels including fitting and fixing self drilling, self tapping screws complete. TATA Blue scope/ Dyna roof/ Durakolor/ Wonder Roof or equivalent as directed by the Departement. (v) 0.60 mm thick

Floor Tiles Providing polished SUNROCK-Hi CTS/ MULTIWYN tiles of approved quality, size, shape and thickness not less than 18mm on floors and skirtings over cement mortar bed 10 mm thick in prop. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including cutting where necessary finished with flush pointing with Fix-A-Tile (Choksey/ Sika/ Pedelite/ Rouf) /white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tiles complete at all levels as specified and directed. (Coloured pigment should be in conformity with colour of tiles and as approved and directed by the Department). (a) SUNROCK-Hi CTS TILES i) Well Chocolate Diamond Square Ramp Beach Sand (300x300) mm
