M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment, glossy finish (reflective type, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-30 Grade, as in pavements to required level & gradients, set, jointed with clean dry sand over and including 25mm (avg) thick sand cushing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 25mm thick machine pressed prepolished precast plain cement concrete, coloured chequered tiles of any size (Colour, size and pattern shall be approved by GE) set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

S & F matt finished vitrified paver tiles 400 x 400 x 15 to 20 mm thick exterior quality machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles in floors complete all as specified and directed.) Colour, size and pattern shall be approved by GE. (Cement Mortar screed bed shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only chain link fencing made out of 3.10mm dia and above galvanised iron wire of mesh any size, made into matters or cages straining and fixing to Posts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing only chainlink fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts,etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note :- MS Flat & MS bar to be measured & paid separately)

Removal of existing water proofing treatment of the roof, cleaning with wire brushes etc including demolition of PCC padding/ bricks bats of any thickness & any description in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Work to be carried out above 14th floor.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) addition and including WP+ 200 of UtraTech / Shali Plast LW+ of STP / Pidilite URP of Dr. Fixit or equivalent as appoved and per manufactures instruction Before laying concrete surface shall be cleaned and a bond coat of slurry with Shali Crete URP (of STP) or quivalent with cement to be applied. All cracks in slab to be openend in 'V' groove and filled with Shali Fix RMC a Polymer Morter of STP/ equivalent complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Work to be carried out above 14th floor.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with the addition of Shaliplast LW+ @ 200ml per bag of cement on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Work to be carried out above 14th floor.

Material & Labour for protecting the roof including parapet wall with polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied roof top coat waterproof coating with flutyne protection technology, complete as specified below: (a) Apply one coat of primer on cleaned and dry surface spreading at the rate as per menufracturer's instructions and allow primer coat to dry for 6 to 8 hrs. (b) Apply 1st coat of polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied roof top coat waterproof coating without dilution and spreading at the rate as per menufracturer's instructions. Allow the first coat to dry for approximately 4-6 hours before applying the 2nd coat at 90° to the first coat. (c) Laying of 45 GSM Fiber glass mesh incorporated on the 1st coating as a sandwich layer when the first coat is still in wet condition. (d) Apply 2nd coat of polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied roof top coat waterproof coating without dilution at 90° to the first coat and spreading at the rate as per menufracturer's instructions. (e) Apply 3rd coat of polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied roof top coat waterproof coating without dilution at 90° to the 2nd coat and spreading at the rate as per menufracturer's instructions. Ensure there are no pinholes or air bubbles on the membrane. (f) Allow the system to air cure for 7 days minimum. Minimum thickness will be 1.2mm to 1.5mm after 7 days.

M&L cleaning the existing surfaces of chequered tiles/paver blocks and applying two coats of floor guard paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in position Pre painted galvalume sheet aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/claddig to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or or J hook complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix barbed razor tape concertina coil hot dip galvanized spring tensile wire to particular here-in-after or other equivalent make as approved by GE of UTS 145 to 150 kg/mm^2 and Dia of coil when unstreched 600 mm having minimum number of circles 10/Rm, minimum number of clipes 25/RM and minimum weight of coil 1.625 Kg/Rm,hot dip galvanized razor ribbon tape of size 0.50mm thickness,19 mm width before wrapping on central core wire fixed with GI 1.66 mm clips and special nut bolts to hold two coils together and extra 2 rows parallel wire of 10 gauge tied by binding wire wherever complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down CI soil/waste/vent/rain water pipes including all fittings like shoes bends swan necks etc of any dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F CI soil / waste / vent pipe in any length with ears 100 mm bore (sand cast) in any length with cement joints fixed to walls with clamp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of lime/cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:5:10 type E2 using 40mm graded stone coarse aggregate in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Treatment of sunken floor slab comprises of the following specifications and all as specified (i) M&L for cleaning of the sunken /lowered portion of the RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chiesel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming / washing completely. 40 mm avg thk pcc 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper slope including 50 mm dia 350 mm long medium grade GI pipe spouts with wire guage on inside mouth to be fixed (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6 mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with and incl integral WPC @3% of weight of cement consumed. fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. where dampness and seepage noticed nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. (iii) All junctions points of side walls where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty

(iv) After drying putty wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clean and clear (v) M&L for applying two coat of polymer modified cementious water proofing coating as per manufactures instructions to bottom and vertical sides up to finished flooor level +100 mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1 mm. When the second layer is still sticky , coarse sand spry shall be carried out or vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed. (vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20 mm thickk cm 1:4 mixed with and incl integral WPC 3 % of cement consumes as per manufacures specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout

Note:Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for atleast 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE . Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. the treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all around after painting with anticorrossive black japan paint. (viii) Height up to and including 14th floor.

M & L in repair vitreous china squatting pan Orissa pattern of size 580 x 440 mm white with back inlet and integral footrest and anti syphonnage pipe including 'P' or 'S' trap and provn of lime concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out shrubs/vegetation growth from building at any height and at any location with roof and applying a glyphosat pesticide or any other equivalent persticide in a ratio of 1:50 with water on roots including taking down cement plasternot ect 0.50 sqm for each tree and making good surface by plastering the same area with 20mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the surface to mathch existing surface with necessary scaffolding and other required T&P complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of Acrylic base paint exterior grade (100% Acrylic) complete all as specified.

Removing demolished/excavated materials and debris laid at Navy Nagar outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. .
