Earth work excavation in cutting hard soil including moorum, stoney earth mixed with boulders with all leads and lifts including dressing, levelling and depositing the excavated earth away from the work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour, T&P and cess, required for the work and etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty of all the materials required for the work labour with T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.R.H.G stone masonry in clay or sand or gravel grouted in foundation and plinth with hard black broken granite stone of approved size and quality form approved quarry including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and cur belling, watering etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete of proportion(1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming watering and curing etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C work (1:1½:3) with clean hard crusher broken granite chips of 12mm size of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete with necessary slope and smoothness to receive tar felting or terracing, watering and curing for four weeks, centring, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface and ceiling smooth to receive white washing or painting providing grooves or beads and fan hooks as per requirement in ceiling where necessary, cost of water, including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending and binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(5.1)Roof Slab

Cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per drawing and design including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S rods and binding wire with all labour T&P and cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors(weight of binding wires will not be considered as measurement of M.S rods) as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Flyash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in super structure using Flyash bricks of 9" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg./sq.cm including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and cur belling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

16mm th Cement plaster in C.M (1:6) to brick work finished smooth including watering curing and scaffolding with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm th Cement plaster in C.M (1:6) to brick work finished smooth including watering curing and scaffolding with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint (Weather coat) of approved shade on new work two coats, over a coat of priming, to give an even shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S doors and windows shutters of approved design in proper position making good to the damges of walls of R.C.C or other structural etc. including mending or cutting sizes or grooves in chaukhats with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials required for the work, labour and T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for fixing of M.S doors and windows shutters of approved design in proper position making good to the damges of walls of R.C.C or other structural etc. including mending or cutting sizes or grooves in chaukhats with cost, conveyance, taxes, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Priming one coat with approved primer with brush to wood/iron work after cleaning the surface including cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying water proofs with polymeric bituminous membrance (Plastic felt) including priming the surface with bituminous primer including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
