S&F Geyser 25 Ltr capacity vertical type plastic/polyproplene body 1500 Watt heating element, rated pressure 6 Kg/Sqcm supplied and installed complete with arrangement of fixing with suitable stud/Anchor fastner including PCC work with drilling holes if studs provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring with PVC un-sheathed and PVC insulated cable with stranded copper conductor cable 4 Sq mm size in and including PVC casing caping of required width including one No. 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated copper cable for continuous earth wire connected to earth dolly for one 6 Pin, 15 Amp socket out let on the independent board complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclouser single pole and neutral with a 2 pin and earth plug and socket 20 A 240V complete with one single pole MCB of capacity 20 A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI tubing medium grade of 15 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing steel tubing for alteration including screwing in position for branch connecting size 15/20/25mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC connection 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm suitable for hot and cool water complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stop valve, cast cooper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union of 15 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule of size 15 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (But not backing) removing servicing servceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed cermic tiles I bertical surfaces joint free 300 x 200 x 7 mm the set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cment to match, including rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even to receive tiles as on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L glazed edge cut joint free ceramic glossy colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not xceeding 0.11 sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile including 15 mm thick screed b in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix fans ceiling complete with electronic type regulator and accessories 230 V,1200 mm sweep BEE 5 star rated incl provision of suitable hook for hanging of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Point wiring for one light point/fan point controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core multi strand flexible cable FR with proper color coding and 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core cable (green color) as earth lead in and including concealed non metalic rigid PVC conduit medium grade with all fittings (ISI Marked) controlled by one switch including CI/MS sunk box of required size & as directed by Engr in Charge & 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet, including cutting chases to wall making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing specification complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for switch piano flush type single pole one way 5/6 Amp, 240 volt complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for ceiling rose surface bakelite 2 to 3 terminals complete all as specified and directed.
