Supply, Laying, connecting including testing XLPE armoured cable underground insulated and over all sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 120 Sqmm 3.5core laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing, on hills , through forest etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil n.exc 1.5 Mtr deep and n.exc 1.5 mtr wide for laying of HT cable and getting out including dressing/trimming of sides and leveling, grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, including leveling , watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers n.exc 25cm thick in trenches after cable have been laid complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material n.exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above from starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L earthing complete with MS GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0 mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected with GI wire of dia 4.0 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanished iron steel and connected to earthing test point including all earth work , earth lead protection light grade GI pipe of 15 mm dia, light grade GI pipe of 20 mm dia for watering with funnel , wire mess, PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F off load changeover switches 4 pole 400 Amps , 415 volts in sheet metal enclosure fixing on wall / Poles / LT Panel / Bus bar chamber complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , insatallation, testing of SPN distibution board 12 way,double door , IP 43 , as per IS 8623 , DBs should be with fully insulated copper bus bar, insulated neutral bar, earth bar, door earthing, reversible doors, PAN assembly for easy installation including incoming and outgoing connections with suitable size of lugs/thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F RCBOs for earth leakage, overload and short circuit protection four pole 100 mA current rating 40 Amps 415 volts, 50Hz , breaking capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB single pole 220 volts, 50Hz , breaking capacity 10KA, B curve 5 Amps to 32 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for or road cutting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling demolished surface or as leveling course or in foundation or under tiles or filling in road sutting, coping or in any required work and make surface good complete all as specified and directed.

S&F busbar chamber of size 0.8 mtr x 0.8 mtr x 0.50 mtr with set of 04 Nos AL busbar 400 Amps rating with colour coded (Red, Yellow, Blue and Black) fixed on insulators, supported with 40X40X5 mm angle of suitable size as per direction incl dismantling and taking down old unsv TPN DB box . The Chamber shall be fixed 60 cm above the normal ground level with PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for PCC foundation, exc and angle iron frame shall be included in the quoted rates.

Dismantling and taking out old unsv cable of any size incl all earth work required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type cubical LT panel board of size not less than 1.0 m x 1.0 m x 0.6 m with outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and inner shell 2.0 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50 x 50 x 6mm on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60cm above the ground level and 45cm below the ground level, factory fabricated double door type with both side openable , lockable, having pad lock arrangement , louvers and air vent, gasket ‘u’ type for natural flow of air, completed dust & vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volt 50 Hz factor fabricated ( Factory approved from CPRI) having modern fabrication followed by powder coated painting having thickness not less than 100 microns TPN aluminum bus bar 600 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable and shall be mounted on suitable size ‘F’ class insulators, marking connection with aluminum strip conductor of and general construction to IS-8623 of 1993 comprising of the following:-

Note (i) The quoted rate shall includes minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, PCC, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/GE. (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated.
