M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement, with and including joint filling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube fixed with 75mm long MS screws with PVC fasteners to wall all including painting edges to match with printed sheet and repair of james of wall & finishes as required complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for roof treatment with APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum), weighting 3.5 Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over and including applying one coat of hot blown bitumin grade 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @ 1.2 kg per Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.3 litre per sqm surface, application of APP modified membrane shall be by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE: Old fittings/fixtures/accessories like switch, sockets, lamp holders, regulators etc found in serviceable condition shall be removed carefully for reuse in the work and shall be paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’.
