Internal cleaning and painting of open to sky portion of RTTC

Extra for painting works of height more than 10 m from ground level for every additional height of 3 m or part thereof.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer's specification.

One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (One or more coats) applied @ 1.82 ltr/10 sqm.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Supplying & engaging unskilled labour along with T&P for cleaning of roof, chajja, rain water pipe mouth, drains & removing trees & plants etc as & when directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting & removing big saplings having big roots grown on building walls,Service shaft areas, CI pipe joints at all levels by removing the roots, pouring the acid at roots to prevent further growth all complete as per direction of EIC..
