Taking down of existing tarfelt and cement plaster, concrete padding etc of any description and thickness on roof top including flashing and junction of parapet and cleaning existing roof top surface by brooming , wire brushing including removing the debrish from site to out of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime or cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete and removing the debris from site to outside MoD land.

Dismantling of bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels,kerbs, aprons etc. (each layer) laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing the debris from site to outside MoD land.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness,including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) and removing the debris from site to outside MoD land.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B, brick, straight or curved on plain eexceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4,type B-1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) in roof padding / levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bedding on fair faces of concrete surface in cement plaster 1:4 including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement and using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction over roof complete.( Note :- Water proofing Compound shall be measured and paid seprately) .

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) all as directed. Make : Pidilite (Dr Fixit LW +, Dr Fixit) or its equivalents in Fosroc/ Choksey.

Taking down rain water pipes (any size or pattern) including all fitting heads, shoes, bends swan -necks complete as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone,concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including suitable MS clamp after every one meter of interval duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) bends of radius 110mm dia fixed to PVC pipe complete.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capicity exc 500 & n. exc 1000 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc hoisting if required re-connecting and re-fixing in position after Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in-Charge . (Note :- The cost of necessary GI nipple of any size, long threaded barrel nipple shall be inclussive in the quoted unit rate of the item).

Disconnecting existing tanks of capicity exc 250 & n. exc 500 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc hoisting if required re-connecting and re-fixing in position after Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in-Charge . (Note :- The cost of necessary GI nipple of any size, long threaded barrel nipple shall be inclussive in the quoted unit rate of the item).

M& L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces of wall including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement and using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction over roof complete.( Note :- Water proofing Compound shall be measured and paid seprately) .

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing complete all as specified.

Re-fixing 15 mm bore steel tubing including all fitting and connections in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floors etc ) complete all as specified.

Re-fixing 20 mm bore steel tubing including all fitting and connections in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floors etc ) complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 for laying concrete tiling.

M&L for factory made Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick with grey cement and no pigments, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in roof/ terrace .

M&L for APP based modified prefaricated five layer 3mm thickness and weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/sqm water proofing membrane reinforced with polyster non woven fabric mat with 150gm/Sqm black finished with compatible primer confirming to IS 3488@ 0.3 lit/sqm and laying membrane layed by torch application side overlap of 75mm and overlap of 100mm longitudinally, at the junction of roof and parapet wall a grove of 20mmx20mm shall be made at the height of 100mm and membrane shall be inserted and sealed with bituminious mastic joint shall be sealed with hot bitumen 85/25. (Note: (a) The rate of necessary scaffolding wherever reqd shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item. (b) Each step must be approved by Engr in Charge and GE before proceeding to next step complete all as specified and directed).( c) Ponding test shall be carried out by contractor.

M&L for 15mm dia medium grade GI tubing with all fitting and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floor including cutting chases,making holes not exc 100Sqcm superficial area and making good with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm dia medium grade GI tubing with all fitting and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floor including cutting chases,making holes not exc 100Sqcm superficial area and making good with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparations of newly plastered surfaces on walls and applying Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in parapet, roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges complete.

S&F in repair 15mm dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed

M&L for cutting of vegetation plant from roof,terrace,chajjas,walls etc digging out roots and making good the surface in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate finishing surface even and smooth including nessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes for item No 1 to 29 : (a) The contractor shall remove debris /retrieved material of bldg from site to outsite MoD land. The Qtr shall be neat and tidy after satisfactory maint in all respect faling which a panel recovery at rate of Rs 2000/- per Qtr shall be made from the contractor's due. (b) The Qtr in which maint to be carried out shall be completed within 15 days or as directed by Engr-in-charge after handing over said Qtrs to contractor faling which a panel recovery at rate of Rs 500/- per day for delay shall be made from the contractor's due.. (c) The tint or spot of paint, distemper, white wash etc. on furniture articles and similar items shall be clened in all respect faling which a panel recovery at rate of Rs 500/- per day shall be made from the contractor's due. (d) The contractor shall submit daily report of manpower, material and T&P deployed at site to Engr-in-charge as per CPM chart approved by GE. The quoted rates shall deemed to be included in the items mentioned above and nothing extra shall be paid on account of above provisions.
