Preliminary Consultancy

Providing preliminary consultancy for Comprehensive Architectural planning of RCC framed structure of transit facility (Plinth Area = 3500 Sqm approx.) to be executed covering the scope of work, architectural planning for all building services, External & Internal electrical installation, water supply, sanitary installation, drainage furnishing architectural drawings and preparation of Approximate Estimates, collection of market rate, quotations, calculation of the plinth & floor areas, requirement of terms of facility required by user preparation of schematic diagram as per requirement for internal and external services including Air Conditioning system and ventilation system, plumbing including sewage disposal, fire fighting system, LAN Telephone Network & complete security systems including CCTV surveillance system, Access control system covering complete scope of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

The consultant shall be required to submit the following:- (a) Requirement in terms of facilities required. (b) Plinth / Floor Areas. (c) Existing and required power, water and other services (d) Preliminary line plans. (e) Architectural plan, sections & elevations (f) Layout plan of the site showing existing and proposed facilities and services. (g) AE’s (h) Supporting Quotations. (i) Schematic diagram of all internal & external services. (j) Presentation (PPT) including 3D rendered image of facility.

Topographical Survey

Mobilization / demobilization of survey equipments with its accessories and survey staff from office to the site etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Carrying out detailed topographical survey of the plain area with DGPS, total station, auto level etc. capturing all existing major topographical features of the area like trees, nallas, water bodies, roads, buildings / structures, electrical / telephone pole / line, spot level shall be provided in 5Mtr center to center and given traverse of surveyed area, showing contours at 2 Mtr interval complete etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.tr

Preparation of survey drawings on auto cad, submission of four sets of survey reports / drawings and one set of Soft Copy (CD) with the following:- (i) Traverse & Spot levels (ii) Contour maps (iii) Location maps

Geo-Technical Investigation

Soil Investigation for proposed building / accommodation including preparation and submission of detailed geo-technical report (five sets) including recommendations regarding type of foundation, bearing capacity of soil, safe load carrying capacity of piles (if required), bore log data & other engineering properties required for the Transit Facility Plinth Area = 3500 Sqm approx.)

Mobilization of plant, men, equipments and materials for Geological & geotechnical Investigation and Demobilization on completing of work.

Shifting of equipments (men and machineries) form one bore hole to other bore holes.

Drilling 100 dia or NX size dia boreholes in any soil strata upto 6 Mtr depth or refusal whichever is met earlier and collection / conducting SPT / UDS / DS. As per IS 1892 and 2131 at depth or 1 Mtr, 3 Mtr, 4.5 Mtr & 6 Mtr.

Carrying out various laboratory tests of soil samples and submitting results as specified. (i) Moisture content (ii) Specific gravity (iii) Bulk and dry density (iv) Grain size analysis, Sieve analysis, Hydro meter analysis. (v) Atterberg’s limit, Liquid limit, Plastic limit, Shrinkage limit. (vi) Consolidation and voids ratio (vii) Triaxial compression test (viii) Direct shear test (ix) DFS Test (x) Ground water table (xi) Type of foundation (xii) Bearing capacity of the soil

Conducting plate load test as per IS : 1888-1982 including all material / labour etc. all complete.
