Providing, laying, watering and compacting Graungar sab base (GSB-III) etc.
Providing and laying 100 mm thick dry lean cement concrete sub-base construction of dry lean cement concrete M-10 sub base over a prepare sub grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383 the size if coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm aggregate cement ratio not to be exceed 15 : 1 aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1 of MORT&H specification (latest edition) cement content not less than 150 kg/cum optimum moisture content to be determined during trail length construction, concrete strength not to be less than as per ISI marked provision MPA at 7 days mixed in the batching plant transported to site laid with a paver compacting with 5-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing as per clause 601 of MORT&H specifications.
Providing and laying in postion machine batched , machine mixed vibrated ready mixed cement concrete (R.M.C) of grade M-40 with cement content not less than 420kg/cum imparting minimum compresive strength of 40Mpa at 28days .For laying an road including the cost of steel cost of admixture in recommended proportions(as per IS9103 ) to accelerate , retard setting of cement concrete , improve workability without impacting strength and durabilty an dincluding pumping concrete ,improve workability without impacting strength and durabilty and including pumping concrete with pumps if required .The Ready mix concrete is to be procured rom plants of A.C.C /L& T or as approved by Engineer -in-charge at Delhi & gurgaon . The finishing of the laid cement concrete with surface vibrator and mechanical trowel including cost of safe in arrangement and chowkidar etc. complete in all respect as per datisfaction of engineer- in- charge
