Job #01: Cleaning/desludging of Double bottom fuel tanks (ten nos) and obtain a gas free certification from Naval Dockyard

Job #02 Steel fabrication ·,,flat stiffened panels (approximate size 1mx 1.5m x 8mm plates and 100x6 BP) as base plates for the cast iron blocks·,, Stiffened plates of approximate size 1m x1mx6mm for ‘closing the lightening holes ·,,1m x1mx6mm plates with coaming (100x10 FB) around the lightening holes for ‘new’ lightening holes

Job #03: Steel cutting/re-gutting: Cutting of technical window from side to Steel cutting/re-gutting for access to the tanks and closing of the openings thereafter as per Job#03.

Job #05: Blanking and cutting of lightening holes (8 tons) and returning of scrap (Job 05)

Job 08(iii): Blasting and painting of Cast Iron blocks as per painting scheme NCD 1491, Issue-1 May 2011. (350 tons and ~11667 nos.)

Job 08(i) Painting of external ship hull as per painting scheme of M/s. PPG Asian Paint (Supply and apply of Paint on Y12701)

Job 08(i) Painting of external ship hull as per painting scheme of M/s. Akzonobel (Supply and apply of Paint on Y12702 & Y-12703)

Job 08(ii): Supply and apply of OM750 oil inside surface of the tank, all steel plates, angles, Bulb Profiles, pipes installed inside the tanks after surface preparation as per standard ST3.

Job #09: Removal, reinstallation of fuel tank sensors (make Hyperbar)

Job #10: Removal, reinstallation of 200NB Over Board Discharge Valves(OBD) of salvage system

Job #11: Removal and reinstallation of Fuel Oil Filling and Transfer system pipes ( CS Pipes of 150 NB, 100 NB & 80 NB) inside the tanks

Job #12: Removal and reinstallation of Fuel Oil Stripping system pipes on tank top (CS pipes of 100NB)

Job #13: Relocation of Air escape and sounding tubes (CuNi pipes 65NB).

The Activities associated with installation of 300 tons of cast iron blocks’ as a turnkey job. i.e. execution of the following as described at Job #04, Job#07,Job #14 and Job #15 in the SOW: (i) Fitment of securing arrangements inside the tanks (50x50x6 angle bars) and fitment of the flat stiffened steel panels (6 tons) (ii) Installation of fabricated steel panels (21 tons) (iii) Installation of Cast iron blocks (300 tons) (iv) Provisions for basic tools and necessary equipment (v) Carry out associated tests
