Booster Stage.

Providing and installation of Mono submersible pump set of 7.5 HP of Kirloskar/KSB make conforming to IS :9034-1976 alongwith directly coupled submersible type squirrel cage electric induction motor suitable for operation on 230 volt. 1 phase 50 C.P.S.A.C.supply with water lubricated bearing and provided with pivoted segment type thrust bearings to with stand non vertical lead with minimum wear and tear and duly fitted with device to take upto the expension of water with heating of motor complete in all respect including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts (Make KSB/Kirloskar) .

(I) Discharge (Q):- 36.00 m3/h or 10.00 LPS.

(ii) Total Head: - 20 Meters.

laying and jointing of GI Pipe in trenches to be levelled to grade, IS pipes of following diameters conforming to IS/ISO 1239:2007 (Latest with upto date ammendments) having minimum wall thickness as specified below of GI Pipe jointed with butt welding and detailed specifications including all short pieces, bends, tees and other specials etc. made from parent tubes as per site conditons including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The laying of pipes should conforming to IS: Code 5822-1970 within all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Providing fixing and jointing of M.S.flanges conforming to BIS-6392-1971 (latest with upto date ammendment ) flange dia, table and nominal pressure as specified below welded at both ends of pipes leak proof at an interval of 100 mtrs.(as per site condition for particular reach as required) according to relelvant BIS Code 816-1962 and provided with nuts and bolts of required size as per BIS code 1364 including 3mm thick compressed asbestos fiber gasket of synthetic rubber gasket conforming to relevant BIS code 2712-1965 complete in all respect including all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing copper 2.5 mm2 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed ,armoured power cable /industrial cable for submersible pump and motor (approved make)

Supply and fixing of control panel for 3HP mono submersible pump complete with shaft and angle iron, fabricated duly painted and complete with internal wiring and comprising of air break starter main switch of suitable amp. T.P. volt meter ameter phase indicating lamps water level guard and single phase preventor including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing double flanged (Swing type) Cast iron Reflux valve of Pelcian/ Leader/Bhel/Kirloskar/ Kilburn/GLED/ Fouress/Kartar make having bye pass arrangement for delivery line of pump and capable of with standing normal seat pressure as per BS:1868 (P.I) with upto date ammendments.- REFLUX VALVE:- i)Make: NIT/Pelcian Class: PN 1.00 Seat Pressure:- Material:-

Manufacturing and fixing of common header of required size from the parent tube of GI Pipe with butt welding,cutting and grinding etc and required fitting etc. at site to support the submersible pumps of booster stage i/c all leads and lifts.

Deployment of Mechanaical excavator (JCB) machine for removal of debris, boulder & slip and and for diversion of river coarse etc. from source point in Khad/ river to make sufficient space for lowering of Mono submersible pump and construction of reservoir of suffcient capacity within the khad/river i/c all leads and lifts.
