NOTES FOR ALL ITEMS:- 1.All BOQ Items are considered for fault repair and maintanace of LT panel , APFC panel ,servo stabilizer and connected infrastucture at Bikaner Mil station and different ASCON nodes located at 200 KMs away from Bikaner City. No extra cost for fault finding at ASCON nodes will be given to contractor AND CONTRACTOR 'S QUOTED RATE INCLUDES FOR THE SAME. 2.Repair and maintanace intimated to the contractor or his rep at any time day or night, through complaint slip or telephonically and compliant must be rectified by the contractor within 8 Hrs. 3. Material required for the repair and matainance work considered in the CA will be made available by the contractor with in 3 Hr for rectifying the complaint. Supply and fixing in Bus Bar Chamber cubical type of size 80x50x40 cm (Box size), with bus bar chamber having 4 wire 415 Volts, factory made dust proof vermin proof for out door using made out of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick powder coated, machine pressed, both side opening in two halves with provision of rubber beadings and locking system, including aluminium bus bar of 400 Amp capacity, 4 strip mounted on DMC/Epoxy insulator, bus bar chamber shall be provided with inspection covers, each MCCB/ cubical switch shall have independent opening , panel shall be mounted on angle iron frame and legs made from angle of size 40x40x6mm , frame and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, legs grouted in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete including the following accessory complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(i) MCCB, 200 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts, rupturing capacity not less than 36 KA, Icu=100% Ics, thermal magnetic trip with built in protection function for overload, short circuit and double break fast tripping mechanism complete withspreader link (incoming) -01 No.

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but using aluminium bus bar of 200Amp capacity and including following accessory (i) MCCB, 100 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts, rupturing capacity not less than 25 KA, Icu=100% Ics,thermal magnetic trip with built in protection function for overload, short circuit and double break fast tripping mechanism complete withspreader link (incoming) -01 No.

Dis-connecting the ACB ( Air Circuit Breaker) panel capacity ranging from 600 to 2000 Amp of Make : CG/ABB /L&T /Simens /Schnider, Over hauling of complete bearker panel by taking out the trolley of the breaker, opening the total mechanism of breaker checking its contact, baffle plates and other minor parts, cleaning the complete accessories carefully. Minor repairs shall be rectified, Parts/accessories shall be cleaned, the tank, baffle plates, rotating contact, upper supports, lower supports, drive assembies and all other spare parts all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Reassembled Breaker after repair/ replacement of the faulty parts, testing and calibration of ACB realy settings complete.

M& L for programming, repairing and rewiring of LT panel with two/three source incomer ACBs of capcity 600 to 2000 Apms with interconnection and inter locking arrangement for handling both the source supply complete, including wiring, programming of any type of relay relay, replacement of minor parts are connectors, copper wire for wiring, timing relays, indicators etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. Note : Spares like relay MCB, MCCB and power contactors are measured and paid separatly.

Taking out old underground LT Cable of size 10 sqmm to 120 Sqmm of 3.5 core from LT Panelstrenches/floors /road/wall/ pipe/pole/including taking out loop from trenches upto 1.5 mtrs depth, cutting the faulty end of cable and refixing the cable in original position by using flat aluminium sockets/ thimble/ and insulating the all nacked wires of any size including making connection with MCCB's/ Switches complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Exacavation for taking out LT cable from will measured and paid separatly.

All as per item No. 18 here-in-before but 150 Sqmm to 630 Sqmm 3.5 core

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide, and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for laying of cables, pipes in soft/loose soil etc and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out including trimming of sides all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning filling in, including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing surplus spoil to distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Laying only bricks for protection to cable with one layer of old bricks retrieved from item No 04 laid flat abutting to each other in such a way that the length of the brick is at right angle to the central axis of the cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Local tibba dry sand cushioning and cover (8 cm thick layer of sand before laying of cable and 15 cm thick layer of sand after laying of cable) for protection of cable, material and labour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dis connecting the LT panel of any size and Cap and repair of complete panel by taking out the cable ,Bus -bar , Voltmtr , Amp mtr ,including wiring and other minor parts, cleaning the complete accessories carefully. Minor repairs shall be rectified Parts/accessories shall be cleaned properly and refixing the parts at its original locations, checking and repair of the internal panel wiring with suitable size of wire and remove the carbon deposited inside the contact, cleaning all other spare parts all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and reassembled after repair/replacement of following parts. Note: Spare parts as required for replacement of existing worm out parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items Nos a to here-in-after as supply only of make Crompton greaves and seimen.

Supply and fixing in replacement Cable indoor/outdoor end terminal jointing kit for LV/LT 1100 V cable heat shrinkable type joint kit complete with jointing material, 04 Nos coloured sleeves(Red, Blue, Yellow and black) each 45 cm long and accessories thimbles etc suitable for 25 sqmm to 50 sqmm 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable including testing after jointing fixing in replcement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in - charge.
