SUBHEAD- II- DISMANTLING AND DEMOLISHING WORK

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. a) Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. a) For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm.

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Demolishing Brick bat Waterproofing in terracing and disposal of material within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified. Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%

Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor: With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

SUBHEAD - III PLAIN AND REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE WORK

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer's specification.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

SUBHEAD- IV BRICK MASONRY WORK .

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

Extra for providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6mm dia. M.S. bars at every third course of half brick masonry

SUBHEAD - V FLOORING WORK .

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. a) Granite stone slab colour black, Cherry/Ruby red. i) Area of slab over 0.50 sqm.

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. a) Granite work.

Extra for fixing marble /granite stone, over and above corresponding basic item, in facia and drops of width upto 150 mm with epoxy resin based adhesive, including cleaning etc. complete.

Extra for providing opening of required size & shape for wash basin/kitchen sink in kitchen platform, vanity counter and similar location in marble/ Granite/ stone work, including necessary holes for pillar taps etc. including moulding, rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc. complete.

Mirror polishing on marble work/Granite work/stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete.

Providing and fixing stone slab with table rubbed, edges rounded and polished, of size 75x50 cm deep and 1.8 cm thick, fixed in urinal partitions by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone in the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and finished smooth. a) Granite Stone of approved shade.

Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10 metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately) :

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 400x800 mm. OR Size of Tile 600x1200 mm.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. a) Size of Tile 1000x1000 mm.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. a) Size of Tile 1000x1000 mm.

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : a) Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) Polished Granite stone slab colour of Black, Cherry/Ruby Red or equivalent

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick Suede finish exterior grade Cladding (high pressure laminate) made up of 1300 mm x 3050 mm manufactured under EN 438-2&3:2005 standard. Cladding should be made with GLE technology & double layer UV protection process under high pressure, thermosetting phenolic resin treated exclusive & certified exterior grade decorative paper (UV Resistant) on both sides with high grade craft paper in between. Both the decorative and craft paper to be made of virgin pulp. Clad should be resistant to water immersion characteristic with permissble increase on thickness and mass less than 0.60% and have the density greater than 1.35 gm/cc, UV resistance on grey scale measurement wil be measured greater than or equals to 4, with flame retardant fulfilled the criteria under EN-13501-1:2007 with classification of BS 1D0 standard property, moisture resistant, impact resistant, termite resistant, scratch resistant, weather and climate shock resistant high pressure thermo setting resin treated balanced compact laminates clad. (The manufacturer should provide 12 years waranty cerficate on manufacturing and moisture related defects). A green product with green guard gold certification where VOC emmission level is less than 0.22 PPm. Anti-bactirial and anti-fungal property under JISZ-2801:2000. Clads will be installed on aluminium tubes at 500 mm c/c distance with special L-brackets. There will be special fixing treatment on all the corner sections. Aluminium box size will be 25 mm x 50 mm. Boards will be fixed on the aluminium chanels with colour matched rivets and brackets through 8 mm drill hole in boards and 5 mm dia drill holes in aluminium box. Rivets will be installed by automatic rivet guns. Shade design of clad should be finalized under direction of Engineer in charge.

Granite stone slab colour black Galaxy or equivalent ( Basic Rate of Polished Granite stone Black Galaxy will not be less then Rs. 316/sqft.) Area of slab under and over 0.50 sqm

Providing and Fixing ‘Unistone’ or equivalent Extruded Vitrified Clay Tiles made from special extrusion and process having 10 mm wide dovetailed grooves at the rear part of the tiles. The tiles would be made from special vitrified clay and firing temperature would be more than 1100o Celsius. The dimension of the tile should be 9” X 3” or 9 “X 2” and the thickness of tile should be maximum 15 mm allowing variance of (+/‐) 2.5 mm. The tiles top surface should be coated with Silicone and surface water absorption should not exceed 1% and be immersion method it should be less than 6%. The compressive strength of the product should be equivalent to 70N/mm2 The tiles should be fixed on surface having rough plaster of cement mortar in 1:3 ratio (1 Cement: 3 Coarse sand) and the fixing agent used should be Unistone Tile Adhesive or equivalent and the tiles should be fixed as per manufacturer’s laying instructions.

SUBHEAD - VI DOOR WINDOW WORK .

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed windows/ ventilators comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), , uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant shall be paid separately). Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Fixed window / ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm & mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area upto 0.75 sqm.)

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof SS wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) made of (small series) frame 92 x 44 mm & sash 32 x 60 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area of window upto 1.75 sqm).

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing Fire retardant ply of 8mm thick of required thickness for wall lining with necessary screw,complete . Recomended Make : Duro , Century , Merino . The ply to be fixed to the existing GI frameowrks ( Frameworks to be paid separately) at all heights. The work shall be executed as per drawings ,specifications & instructions of engineer in charge.The work shall be executed as per drawings ,specifications & instructions of engineer in charge.

Extra for perforation by CNC machine for acoustics ( Min 18%)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 8 mm thickness (weight not less than 20 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double action hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc.to be including).

Polishing in high gloss/matt finish melamine clear polish on wood work in required color/wooden shade texture with following process in the sequence as detailed below: 1. The surface to be polished is rubbed with sand paper 80/120 no. and then with sand paper of 160/180 nos. 2. Applying two coats of sealer with spray gun and allowing sufficient drying time for 1st coat and 2nd coat is allowed to dry for 8 to 12 hrs. 3. On drying of sealer coat, wet rubbing with emery cloth of finer grading with ample water to remove excess sealer layer and make the surface further smooth after this wet rubbing, then surface is applied with special grade melamine fillers to fill all the small and big holes/grooves etc. Filler coat to be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hrs on which again a light wet rubbing is done this surface is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. 4. On this, 1st coat of melamine polish is applied with spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner in required proportion. This 1st coat is allowed to dry for 24 hrs then this dry surface is again fine wet rubbed smooth, which is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. The final melamine polish is applied with compressor pressure spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner mixed in required proportion complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Final coat to be done in 1 or 2 layers without gap of time.)

Providing & fixing at all heights on walls Wood based slats laminated panels ( Out of HDMR laminated board) having NRC upto 0.75 with lineal perforations . The size of lineal panels is 2400 x 128x 14-15mm with a pitch of 16 mm. The slats to have a groove of 2mm. The back panels to have circular perforations (8-10mm) dia randomly with a non wooven fabric covering of 0.2mm. The lineal panels to be of Gyptec/Versatile acoustic/ Armstrong. The lineal panels to have tounge & groove joints and fixing arrangements for seamless continuity . The panels to be fixed on the GI framework with impalers as per manufacturers recommendations. The work to be done complete a per specifications & instructions of engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing of the Acoustical panels of 9mm thickness with square or beveled edge manufactured from 100% Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) having density of >100 ( the panel shall have 60% recycled content) , Kgs/m3, Manufactured panels should be fire resistant as per B1 Class A (make Versatile acoustic/ Nowofill/ Gyptech). The panel to be glued over the perforated 12mm ply and GI framework ( ply & Gi framework paid separately). The panels in different colours to be cut with laser cutter for smoth & perfect edging in shape as per the design drawings. The panels to be further glued to the ply with SH/SR adhesive ( Fevicol / Araldite / Vamicol). The work to be done complete as per the design & instructions of engineer in charge including accessories as required.

Providing and fixing GI ultra frame work for wall panelling as per design drawing consisting of channel of size 50x32x32 x0.5mm thick at bottom and top fixed with 35 mm nylon sleeves and 35 mm screw. Further fixing GI stud 48x34x36x0.5 mm thick @600mm C/C vertically. The framework to be filled with 50mm 1200GSM non-woven thermal bonded polyester wadding ( Make Dupont/ Versatile acoustic/ Nowofill) held in position with 18 mm GI checken mesh of 24SWG with drive all screws and oversize washers. SUBHEAD - XVIII : HVAC: VRF UNITS Outdoor Unit

Supply Installation,Testing & Commissioning of modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/ Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating, having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor(s), minimum two compressors for above 14 HP modules, microprocessor based Controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R410A Refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. SUBHEAD - XIX : RETICULATION SYSTEM:

Providing & Fixing of the Termite reticulation control system consiting of perforated piping system for controlling the vertical movement of the Termite consisting of the rubberise delivery pipe non perforated of 16mm outer dia & perforated distribution pipe of 16mm external Dia and min. 2mm wall thickness. Micro Perforation density per meter 40-70. Presssure required to pump chemical 2.25 kg/sq.cm. Pipe is to be laid in the PCC over the slab along perimeter of building on both Inside and outside the wall. The piping to have junction boxes @ 30mtr which are to be concealed at the suitable locations on outer peripherry for charging in future complete as per the drawings. The Chemical as per (BIS:6313 part 2 and 3) with Imidacloprid 30.5% SC WITH 0.75% concentration. Approx 50 ltr per sqm solution to be sprayed. Including the cost of clipping to the wall / slab surface with all accessories complete. The laying grid of internal area @ 1200mm c/c to be followed for proper treatment.

SUBHEAD - XXI : FURNITURE WORK:

Providing & Placing Workstation of Size 1050x600 (Back to Back Configuration without Drawers): Providing and Placing in position Desk based system that has been designed to give a richer work experience in modern offices. The system should cater to different work activities with well-equipped layouts and zones created by the system’s different elements. Worktop shall be made of 25MM thick Pre-Laminated Board conforming to IS: 12823. All the edges of work surface shall be provided with machine pressed 2 mm thick PVC lipping glued with hot melt EVA glue. The worktop shall be complete with provisions for screen mounting as well as for wire management on the workstation. Provisions for fixing of the switches shall be on the wire tray/channel. Access flaps with soft closing technology shall be provided on the table tops to access the switch points on the tray. Understructure: The slanted legs shall be connected to the understructure with the help of PDC Connectors to provide a stable and sturdy base for the worktops. Modesty panel shall be of Acrylic (8 mm thick Acrylic both side frosted) or of Metal 1.2 mm thick CRCA. Wire Management: It shall be a part of the understructure and can be in the form of enclosed metal tray or 2 level enclosed channel to provide concealed wire management throughout the cluster formation. Wire riser leg or independent wire risers shall be provided as per the layout structure. Screen shall be provided as per the requirement of the design and layout. The screen shall be made of 3mm thick MDF Board + batten made of 12 mm thick MDF Board + 3 mm thick MDF Board. Groove of 3 mm shall be provided on the periphery to accomodate the fabric pasted on either side to be tucked in and allow a PVC flexible T-Mould to give clean edge.(ALL DESIGN & PRODUCT SHALL BE AS PER APPROVAL BY CLIENT & ARCHITECT IN CHARGE )
