Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick Suede finish exterior grade Cladding (high pressure laminate) made up of 1300 mm x 3050 mm manufactured under EN 438-2&3:2005 standard. Cladding should be made with GLE technology & double layer UV protection process under high pressure, thermosetting phenolic resin treated exclusive & certified exterior grade decorative paper (UV Resistant) on both sides with high grade craft paper in between. Both the decorative and craft paper to be made of virgin pulp. Clad should be resistant to water immersion characteristic with permissble increase on thickness and mass less than 0.60% and have the density greater than 1.35 gm/cc, UV resistance on grey scale measurement wil be measured greater than or equals to 4, with flame retardant fulfilled the criteria under EN-13501-1:2007 with classification of BS 1D0 standard property, moisture resistant, impact resistant, termite resistant, scratch resistant, weather and climate shock resistant high pressure thermo setting resin treated balanced compact laminates clad. (The manufacturer should provide 12 years waranty cerficate on manufacturing and moisture related defects). A green product with green guard gold certification where VOC emmission level is less than 0.22 PPm. Anti-bactirial and anti-fungal property under JISZ-2801:2000. Clads will be installed on aluminium tubes at 500 mm c/c distance with special L-brackets. There will be special fixing treatment on all the corner sections. Aluminium box size will be 25 mm x 50 mm. Boards will be fixed on the aluminium chanels with colour matched rivets and brackets through 8 mm drill hole in boards and 5 mm dia drill holes in aluminium box. Rivets will be installed by automatic rivet guns. Shade design of clad should be finalized under direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and Fixing ‘Unistone’ or equivalent Extruded Vitrified Clay Tiles made from special extrusion and process having 10 mm wide dovetailed grooves at the rear part of the tiles. The tiles would be made from special vitrified clay and firing temperature would be more than 1100o Celsius. The dimension of the tile should be 9” X 3” or 9 “X 2” and the thickness of tile should be maximum 15 mm allowing variance of (+/‐) 2.5 mm. The tiles top surface should be coated with Silicone and surface water absorption should not exceed 1% and be immersion method it should be less than 6%. The compressive strength of the product should be equivalent to 70N/mm2 The tiles should be fixed on surface having rough plaster of cement mortar in 1:3 ratio (1 Cement: 3 Coarse sand) and the fixing agent used should be Unistone Tile Adhesive or equivalent and the tiles should be fixed as per manufacturer’s laying instructions.
SUBHEAD - VI DOOR WINDOW WORK .
Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed windows/ ventilators comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), , uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing Fire retardant ply of 8mm thick of required thickness for wall lining with necessary screw,complete . Recomended Make : Duro , Century , Merino . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 8 mm thickness (weight not less than 20 kg/sqm)
Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double action hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc.to be including).
Polishing in high gloss/matt finish melamine clear polish on wood work in required color/wooden shade texture with following process in the sequence as detailed below: 1. The surface to be polished is rubbed with sand paper 80/120 no. and then with sand paper of 160/180 nos. 2. Applying two coats of sealer with spray gun and allowing sufficient drying time for 1st coat and 2nd coat is allowed to dry for 8 to 12 hrs. 3. On drying of sealer coat, wet rubbing with emery cloth of finer grading with ample water to remove excess sealer layer and make the surface further smooth after this wet rubbing, then surface is applied with special grade melamine fillers to fill all the small and big holes/grooves etc. Filler coat to be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hrs on which again a light wet rubbing is done this surface is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. 4. On this, 1st coat of melamine polish is applied with spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner in required proportion. This 1st coat is allowed to dry for 24 hrs then this dry surface is again fine wet rubbed smooth, which is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. The final melamine polish is applied with compressor pressure spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner mixed in required proportion complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Final coat to be done in 1 or 2 layers without gap of time.)
Providing & fixing at all heights on walls Wood based slats laminated panels ( Out of HDMR laminated board) having NRC upto 0.75 with lineal perforations . The size of lineal panels is 2400 x 128x 14-15mm with a pitch of 16 mm. The slats to have a groove of 2mm. The back panels to have circular perforations (8-10mm) dia randomly with a non wooven fabric covering of 0.2mm. The lineal panels to be of Gyptec/Versatile acoustic/ Armstrong. Design, fabricating, supply and installation of suspended Glazed canopy system designed to with stand the wind pressure as per IS: 875 (Part-III). The Glazed canopy system held with stainless steel fittings of SS-316 grade of approved manufacturer with glass panel held together with SS- 316 grade stainless steel fittings and bolt assembly with having 12 mm thick laminated glass of approved colour and shade. Providing & Placing Workstation of Size 1050x600 (Back to Back Configuration without Drawers): Providing and Placing in position Desk based system that has been designed to give a richer work experience in modern offices. The system should cater to different work activities with well-equipped layouts and zones created by the system’s different elements. The seat should be provided with height adjustment using a gas lift with an adjustment stroke of 70.0 ± 0.3cm. The gas lift will also have a auto return feature to allow the user free movement while being seated and after use guides the upper structure to rotate back to its original position enabling all chairs to align with the work top. The Worktops should be made of 25 mm thick Pre-Laminated Board of E I-P2 Grade and approved shade conforming to IS:12823:1990.
