Attending of complaints from 0800 hrs to 1800 hrs by deploying electrician along with helpers for checking of existing electrical items including carried otr minor repair such as changing of fuse, starter, rod, small pieces of wire etc carrying out repairs such as tighining of lose electric connections, nuts, bolts, screws, switches, sockets, switch boards ceiling fans/exhaust fan etc as required to make the item functional and to ensure contiunous electric supply complete as specified and directed. Note: (a) Replacement of electric fitting shall mesured and paid for seperately under respective items (b) Rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of T&P etc. (c) The saftey and insurance of persons/helper engaged in Execution shall be responsibility of contractor. (d) As the Nos of complaints shall be on required basis the financial effect to this is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (e) Penalty Rs 50/- per complaint per day be charged if complaint not rectified within 24 hours

One light / fan / call bell point controlled by one, one way switch.
