Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking up to 5 km

9.1 Providing and laying lean cement concrete 1:4:8 in Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing complete as per clause 601, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.

21.1 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :21.1.2 1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

22.1 Centring and shuttering with plywood or steel sheet upto two stories ( each story of height upto 3.5 metre from floor level) including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : 22.1.1 Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

23.19 Reinforcement for R.C.C. work at all levels including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.23.19.4 Hot rolled deformed bars

32.3 Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 32.3.3 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand)

Providing and fixing of 60mm thick precast cement concrete interlocking paver block casted with rubber moulds in approved reflective colour and design having minimum compressive strength of 300 kg/ sq cm. The CC paving blocks be laid on average 50mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead & Lifts etc. complete as per specifications.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting by vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to meet requirement of table 300-2 including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land complete as per MoRT&H specification clause 305. (Lead taken upto 5 km)(4.4)

7.2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of granular sub-base by providing close graded material (Table 400-1), spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRT&H specification clause - 401 including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. 7.2.1 Grading - I Material

30.27 40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 ( 1cement : 5 coarse sand) with joints finished flush.30.27.1 Red sand stone

P & F 1st quality Heavy Duty Vitrified Double Charged tiles on floor, skirting and steps etc.in different sizes (thickness minimum 10mm) with water absorption less than or equal 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in all colour and shade, laid with 20 mm thick CM 1: 4 including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc complete.size 600 mm X 600mm.(27.26.1)

29.2 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete:

31.1 Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.31.1.3 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m²

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall 15 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes

Supplying and fixing stone lintels/bed plates of approved quarry rough dressed in cement mortar 1:4 : 6.18 Upto 15 cm. thick. 6.18.1

Providing 1.20 metre high fencing with angle iron posts 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm at 3 metre center to center with 0.40 metre embedded in M15 grade cement concrete, corner, end and every 10th post to be strutted, provided with welded steel wire fabric of 75 mm x 50 mm mesh or 75 mm x 25 mm mesh and fixed to iron posts by flat iron 50 x 5 mm and bolts etc. complete in all respects including all material, labour.

29.30 Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

32.15 Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) and of required shade on new work, over and including priming coat of whiting to give an even shade.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank
