Improvement to Drainage System of Rairangpur Municipality Main Drain (nalla) from RD 1181.00m to RD 1245.00m and RD 1255.00m to RD 1325.00m in Rairangpur Block of Mayurbhanj District under the Scheme DIP for the year 2025-26.

Clearing shrub jungle uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees below 1m girth on premeasurement required etc. with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kind of soil including moorum,stoney earth, gravel etc. interspreaded with boulders upto 1/2 cum in size with all lift and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the EIC within an initial lead of 1km from the place of excavation complete. ( Measurement will be taken on finished level section)

Cement concrete M15 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of 20 mm down graded mixed in concrete mixture including cost of all materials ,machineries and labouer with all lead for materials upto the mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete within initial lead of 50m and laying in dams, barrages,power house and pen stock with all lift/delift upto 1.50m height above average ground level etc. complete in all respect to proper slope & level with all cost, conveyance, royalty & other taes of all materials complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

RCC M 20 grade with crushed granite 20mm down graded coarse aggregate of approved quality mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in position to proper slope and level & compacting by vibrator in layers not exceeding 0.15m depth & finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering, curing for required period including cost, conveyance, royalty all materials labour, T & P materials required for this item including hire and running charges of machineries complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Straightening,cutting, bending, binding and lying the grills as per approved design & placing in position including cost, conveyance of M.S. Rod & binding wire 18 to 20 gauge complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Weight of binding wire is not including for payment)

Providing and removing rigid smooth centring and shuttering for C.C/R.C.C work in foundations and plinth bands including cost of materials,labour ,T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and removing rigid smooth centring and shuttering for R.C.C wall & fins including cost of materials,labour ,T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing 12mm thick salitex board (Bituminous) expansion joint board) in expansion joints including cost, carriage, royalties and taxes of all materials, supply of all labour ,T & P and supervision charges required for the item etc. complete in all respect as per approved design, drawing, specificiton and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments to all heights with Hard Stone other than graniteof 1cuft. and above size (weighting 140lbs/cuft. and above) of approved quality quarried and free from weathered skin including filling interstices with small stones with cost,conveyance, royalty and all other taxes of all materials required for the work and finished to proper slope and level complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer - in -charge.(Minimum 1/6 volume will be deducted towards voids)

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming etc. complete including cost cost, conveyance, royalty and all other taxes of all materials with supply of all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in brick masonary/plain/Reinforced concrete abutment,wing wall/return wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of IV:20H towards drawing force complete per drawing and technical as per direction of E.I.C.

Excavation of any approved type of soil from borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil with all leads and lifts and delifts of one KM on properly prepaired surface including spreading and levelling the earth in 22.50 cum layers in dam and dyke for all heights including royality of earth etc as specification and direction of the engineer-in charge (Measurment should be taken in finished leval section and 12.5 volume will be deducted towards settlement of earth in filling section ).

Watering earth work upto the O M C condition and compaction by sheepfoot rollers / or any modern vibro rollers to earth layers not exceeding 22.5cm to 95% of MDD (maximum dry density) including hire and running charges of the all machineries, T&P and water complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (OMC compaction for 0.6m extra width beyond toe lines will be made and compacted section cut to designed section,Measurement to be taken on the finished compacted section of the fill under O M C condition).

Providing, Supplying, Stacking for premeasurement & Speading moorum and consolidation with HRR including watering, cost of moorum and conveyance of moorum etc complete required for the item as per direction of Engineer in charge
