Providing and applying prime coat over WMM surface 7 Kg of bitumen Emulsion (SS - II)per 10 sqm area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the requried quanity of bitumen as tack

Providing and laying 50mm compacted thickness bituminous macadem using 0.42Cum of 26.5-11.2mm metal and 0.10cum of 11.2-2.80mm metal and 0.18cum of 2.80mm metal and below with 38Kgs of bitumen for premixing 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all mate

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25/30/40 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 25/30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

PART : 02 Providing Cement Concrete Road Mugambigai Street at Pozhichalur Panchayat @ punithathomaiyarmalai Panchayat Union. Estimate Amount Rs: 24.15 Lakhs

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils to full depth etc., ordinary soil complete as per SS20B.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M.Sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four M.Sand and eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Centering charges for all CC items of works including all labour charges etc., complete.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M.Sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory Soil Compactor to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and half M.Sand and three hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Towards cost of expansion Joint with Bitumen pad including all other charges etc., complete
