S&F in repair Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete with saddles and insulators made out of porcelain and fixing screws for roof conductor/down conductor including nut bolts& washers drilling and riveting for joints of suitable size as required at site all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge. Note :- Porcelain insulators are to be fixed at an interval of not more than 75 cm

S&F in repair Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc.for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete with saddles and insulatiors made out of procelain and fixing screw for roof conductor/down conductor including nuts bolts washers drilling and reveting for joints of suitable size as required at site all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note procelain insulators are to be fixed at an interval of not more than 75 Cm

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated location for loop earthing etc. with GI strip 32x6mm including dismantling old ones.

Note: GI pipe required will measured and paid separately.

S&F GI pipe medium grade 40 mm dia for fixing Aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm on roof for lightening protection duly drilling 2 Nos holes on Aluminum strip and GI pipe on one end and fixing with screws/suitable size of bolts & nuts complete all as specified. Note: GI Strip required will measured and paid separately.

M&L for earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 60x60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of GI and GI strip protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40mm bore, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, excavation , earth work in any type of soil, removal of excavated soil and returning filling in all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.NOTE :-Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe, GI earth strip upto 7.5 m long for connecting to test point etc. all as required at site for complete earthing).

M&L in replacement of existing old u/s earthing with copper earth plate electrode 600x600x 3.15 mm burried directly in ground not less than 3.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to the copper strip 20x3 mm size by means of bolts ,nuts,check nuts and washers of brass after welding of copper strip to earth electrode to full length of earth plate and 20x3 mm copper strip protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore upto test point etc incl provision of concrete pit in PCC1:2:4 type B-i , using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle ,excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal dust and salt light grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel and wire mesh upto main test point complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Sch 191 Part-I all as specified and directed . NOTE :-Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe, GI earth strip upto 7.5 m long for connecting to test point etc. all as required at site for complete earthing).
