Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removing of debries out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring or mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M&L Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including dismantling of old paver block complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Pattern of interlocking tile to be rubber moulded or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including dismantling of old paver block complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Material & Labour for ceramic out door tiles 400mmx400mmx10mmm thick digital design set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors with grey cement over & including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in Cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M &L Squared rubble walling Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm & dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling Jodhpur type brought up to courses complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto coursein cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of PCC block masonry, built in Cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10cm width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC ) any section including taking out embeded portion and making good distrubed ground on concrete , brick work, masonry etc and removing of demolished materials out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description specifically provided for gates, staircase railings, framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Mild framed works such as angles, tees , channels, etc as in fenching posts large and small gates and grills , gratings and chainlink fenching etc, including hanging gates in pillar with proper pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Fixing only chain link fencing, steel round bars for protection will measured and paid separately.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Supply only chain link fencing will measured and paid separately.

M & L Mild steel Round bars Fe-410-W (Gde- E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Mild steel flat iron for securing of chain link fencing conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 in post and strut in fencing including fabrication i.e. cutting tops drilling holes notching for wire welding etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5 cm but not. exc 10 cm long, diameter of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red- oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 35mm thick precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in louvers or jallies (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling existing trellis work (Jafri) one way complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Post and rails shall be measured separately.)

M& L for PCC 75mm thick type B0 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate laid in alternative as in plinth protection including finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement and filling the joints with mastic filling ie one part of bitumen 85/25 & 3 parts of sand by weight complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zine coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50mm thick any colour having tensile strenght 550Mpa in roof coverings fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The fixing of Galvalume roof sheet used as sun-shades & in walls at certain places in repair to be fixed by done of 100mm grooves cutting with making good surface are inlcuding in the cost of item itself. No extra cost shall be paid for the same.

S &F Rolled sections Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality- Bas in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing in cement mortar (1:6) & finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
