PETTY REPAIR TO MISC BR ITEMS INCLUDING DAY BY DAY COMPLAINTS IN AOR OF AGE BR-III OF GE (SOUTH) MEERUT CANTT

Material and labour for rectifying the leakage of wall mixer/wash hand basin/sink mixer including replacement of brass spindle & PVC washers necessary fixtures etc complete all as specified and directed.

Resecuring or easying and adjusting without taking down shutter of any description (door/windows) exe 1 sqm but n exe 2.0 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Easing of window shutters/CB (One unit shall comprise of one complete window/CB/Showcase irrespective of number of leaves) to ensure smooth closing/opening including tightening of hinges, adjustement of tower bolts, sliding bolt etc complete all as specified.

Petty repairs to low level flushing cistern adjustement of syphon, replacement of washer, asjustement of handle, float valve as requried making the cistern functional complete as directed.

Petty repairs to bib taps, pillar taps, stop cock angle valves etc concealed stop cock etc for stopping leakage of water by replacing washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of air lock, blocking in water pipes/bib taps/stop valve incl cleaning pipes as requried and as directed to ensure proper flow of water complete all as specified.

Removal of blockage in rain water pipe by cleaning grating and rodding in pipes, refixing gratting in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC lid (cover) for 500/1000 Ltrs capacity PVC water storage tanks complete all as specified.

Material & labour for powder coated GI frame work(snap grid) suitable for size as in false ceiling of size 605mm x 605mm including fixing 4mm thick gypsum board/E board in ceiling size 60cm x 60cm fixed to metacil snap gird and dismantling wall and ceiling boards or insulation boards/slabs any thickness including cover fillets, consisting of followings and all as directed:-i) Powder coated GI sections incorporated in frame work shall conform to designation 63400 given in IS: 737- 1986. ii) The snap grid shall consist of powder coated main /cross tee of size 36.5mmx25mmx1.0mm thick and 25mm x 25m x1.0mm thick, respectively. iii) Snap grid frame shall be fixed to ceiling with supporting hangers consisting of S & F 2mm to 4mm dia mild steel Gl wire. iv) The main and cross tees shall be jointed at junction/crossings with powder coated Gl angle bracket, of size 15mmx15mmx1.0mm thick, fixed with suitable mild steel, bolts, nuts and washers all as per manufacturer's instructions. v) The snap grid (main/cross tee section) shall be supported at ends all along the wall with powder coated GI angle of size 25mmx25mmx1.0 mm anodized thick. vi) Size of the snap grid shall be 605mm by 605mm. completed all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 6mm thick fibre cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated shets in roofs, walls, etc. Fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts including Dismantling of old sheet any description as in roof covering incl ridge and removing from site complete all as specified & directed.
