Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar (1:6) and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick with CM (1:3) as on concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth as in ceiling including necessary scaffolding, chicken wire mesh etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on other than fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth including necessary scaffolding etc complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material, labour and fixed for rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors and etc. and connetction with angle cleats, Fe-410-W(Gde-E 250) Quality A complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Above member to provide at above 5 m height from floor level and the rate quoted for this item shall be inclusive.

Material and labour welded steel wire fabric of weight per square meter exc 4 Kg supplied and fixed steel members complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Above member to provide at above 5 m height from floor level and the rate quoted for this item shall be inclusive.

Material, labour and fixing rolled mild steel, joist, channel, angle or Tee section fixed independently without connecting plates etc up to height 6 to 7 mtr from each floor level (cut to ordinary length ie. without 20mm of the length indicate) Grade E-250(Fe-410W) Quality A including dismantling of exsting structural members completion all as specified and as directed. Note: 1. The Sections to be provided under this item will be used as beams to support floors/roofs after removing the the existing wooden/rusted iron beams. 2. The supports for roof before removing the old wooden/rusted iron beams shall be properly designed and put in place before removing the old beams and replacing it with new beam. 3. The rate quoted for this item shall be inclusive of the charges for temporary support system provided which shall be removed after placing new beam in position. 4. The temporary supports during replacement of beams and other componants shall consist of tubular steel props minimum 65mm dia and placed at proper spacing and braced for shoring/support of existing structure during execution of work.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Material, labour and fixed of aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling, size of grid 605 x 605 mm, including aluminium main/closs tee of size 35mm x 23mm x 1.5 mm ( minimum) aluminum TEES section and aluminium angle of 25mm X 25mm X 1.5mm thick ( minimum), hanger 6mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length ) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I flat 40x3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia. 40 mm long all as specified in clause no 10.38 in SSR part-I with and including 6mm thick high pressure steam cured non asbestos fibre cement designer board as per IS 14862 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat ceiling surface over fillets or metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wire mesh and designed flower shall be approved by GE in ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note . The rate quoted shall be including Fillets, metal frame work and G.I. wire mesh if required at site.

Material and labour POP cornice width n.exc 200mm wide in ceiling edge of any design and shape ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix including taking down of existing, Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame including 5mm thick PVC fillets of width 35mm including necessary caping/fillets at top,bottom and junctions required as per site etc complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply and fix for powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour 9 mm thick prelaminated partilce boards interior grade prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination fixed with suitable size glazing cleats of appropriate section (Z section) for fixing of pre-laminated particle board / glass to aluminium dppr and aluminium partition complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing for 4.8mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with glazing cleats(Z section) in square exe 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing finishing of internal wall surface of building/structure by mechanical appliance and preparation of old surface and applying two coats of 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre of required colour shade and as per manufacturer’s specification over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 3.0 mm thick cement base wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of acrylic washable distemper over wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for prepration of new plasterd surface and applying two coats of acrylic washable distamper over a coat of primer over 3mm thick (minimum) putty and complete all as specifed and directed.

Materials and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling surface etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of external wall surface of building/structure by mechanical appliance and preparation of old surfaces applying two coats of acrylic exterior garde weather resistant paint(weather proof paint @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm per two coats ) of required colour shade and as per manufacturer’s specification over a coat of acrylic grade exterior primer((@ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old wood surface and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint on wood surfaces of any description over 10 cm in girth or width complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) and removing debris and rubbish off the premises.

Material & Labour Non skid ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11Sqm and not exceeding 0.18Sqm , in floors etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed layer in CM (1:4) including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushign neat cement slurry complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour Glazed ceramic tiles 450x300/ 300x200 x7 mm(Coloured) on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and riser to steps etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete over & including 10mm thick rendering as a backing coat in CM (1:4)all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour of vitrified ceramic tiles,double charged, light coloured shade, 10 mm thick of square/rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.42 and not exceeding 1.00 Sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed layer in CM (1:4) including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushign neat cement slurry complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 36 here-in-before but fixed on vertical surface as on skirting over & including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position framed work complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for second class hard wood, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any descriptions, below or above Ground floors (Floor Topping, Sub Base etc) not exc 150mm thick, above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concreteM-15(nominal Mix) using 20mm graded aggregate as in cover slab, shelves, and similar work set in CM (1:4) including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 8 to 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting holes in brick walls in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making dismantaled portion in CM (1:3) or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1,Depth of embedded portion of Holdfasts exc. One brick but not exc two bricks Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour brick work with fly ash brick (old size) straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius , built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed blocks for hold fasts including making good or disturbed portion with plaster to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with bricks class designation 75, size as per old size brick, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius half brick thick walls built in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, materials and application of single component structural grade polymer modified fiber reinforcement cementitious repair mortar of compressive strength, flexural strength shall not be less than 45 MPa at 28 days , 7MPa at 28 days respectively (Maximum coverage area 1.3 sqm per 25 kg pack @ 10 mm thickness) over a coat of epoxy Bonding agent on existing surface for strengthening of beams, columns & other structural elements of average thickness 25mm and morter shall be applied in layers n.exc 6mm thick in layers and including surface preparation as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- This item shall be executed where shuttering is not possible or small patch repairs of structural elements ..

Supply, materials and application of Epoxy bonding agent on the prepared surface to receive polymer modified mortar/polymer modified micro concrete, with two component epoxy based bonding coat Nitobond EP Std of Fosroc make or equivalent, having Compressive strength(BS 6319 Pt.2)- 40 Mpa at 7 days, Flexural strength strength(BS 6319 Pt.3)- 25 Mpa at 7 days, Tensile strength (BS 6319 Pt.7)- 15 Mpa at 7 days, Bond Strength (ASTM C881)- 11 Mpa at 7 days, having an over lay time of 3 Hrs at 35 °C. Laying of reinstatement polymer modified mortar or micro concrete shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. The bond coat act as a bonding coat between old and new concrete. Item rate is inclusive of materials all labour, tools and tackles, Shuttering Supporting material and transportation etc. complete as per specification and as directed.

Supply, materials, preparation and application of Groove cut the existing crack on concrete/masonry surface and remove all dust and loose particles, and applied cementitious Grouting Admixture with the Cement slurry at a dosage 225 ml per bag of cement and injecting with high pressure by a Pressure grouting Pump through non return PVC nozzles Prefix with rapid setting cementitious Plugging Mortar to fill all possible pores and gaps left within the old concrete mass. When the flow of grout stops or shows refusal or grout flows out from the adjacent nozzle, pumping to be stopped and the nozzle to be tied up and allowed to set for 24 hours. The PVC nozzles to be sealed off with quick-setting cementitious plugging mortar. Grouting operation to be carried out through next nozzle till the entire area is covered. The grouting holes to be finished by removing the protruded portion of nozzles and finishing flush with the surface complete all as specified and directed Item rate is inclusive of materials all labour, tools and tackles, and transportation etc. complete as per specification and as directed.

Material , labour and placing in position free flow shrinkage cementitious micro concrete of compressive strength, flexural strength shall not be less than 50 MPa at 28 days , 5MPa at 28 days respectively for strengthening of beams, columns & other structural elements and including surface preparation & suitable type formwork etc. as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Material , labour of Carbon Fibre Wrapping - Nitowrap CWS – 450 GSM Providing and carrying out Fosroc make carbon fibre wrapping Nitowrap CWS (450 GSM) - High Performance high strength, carbon fibre system for structural strengthening to R.C. members. Surface Preparation : Proper surface preparation to be carried out including cleaning, removal of loose material, dust etc, executing required repairing like epoxy injection grouting, polymer modified mortar, epoxy touching Putty , rounding off edges of structural members to 25mm etc Application : Prepared substrate shall be primed with Nitowrap 30 epoxy primer supplied in pack size 4 Lit (Base-4.1 kg and Hardener -0.46 kg) at a coverage of 8-10 m2/litre/coat, allow the primer to cure for 24 hours followed by application of first coat of saturant Nitowrap 410 supplied in pack size 5kg ( Base - 3kg and hardener - 2kg) (having Tensile strength >30 MPa; Elongation > 2.1% ;Fibre strength > 4900 MPa ; Fibre E-Modulus >230 GPa & Flexural Modulus > 1700 MPa when tested as per ASTM D638 Type I and ASTM D 790 & Glass Transition Temperature > 50 °C as per ASTM E 1356) to be carried out at a coverage of 3.5 to 4 m2/lit/Coat at around 250 microns WFT, cutting of Nitowrap CWS (available in standard roll width of 500 mm and roll length of 50 mtr & 100 mtr) in required size and wrap over wet saturant keeping minimum 150 mm overlap, rolling the same using hard roller to impragnent saturant and again applying second coat of saturant using suitable bush or roller etc, completing as per pecification and as directed by Engg.-in-charge. Nitowrap CW fabric used shall exhibit the following properties - fiber density of 1.8 g/cc,dry fibre thickness 0.40mm and shall have tensile strength > 4900 MPa ; tensile modulus > 230 GPa and ultimate elongation of 2.1%.The adhesion of the entire system(FRP Sheet, Saturant and primer combined) with concrete shall be > 3.5 MPa with concrete failure as per ASTM D 4541.Item rate is inclusive of materials all labour, tools and tackles, Shuttering Supporting material and transportation etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engg.-in-charge.

Supply, materials and application of Epoxy resin based putty shall be applied to fill any hair line cracks, Pot holes and other Undulations having density 1.6 g/cc, Compressive strength 50 N/Sqmm, Pot Life 40 Mins at 27°C, recoatable after 24 hours using metal float manually on damaged mother surface (Where ever required) after proper mixing the base and the hardener and after 24 hrs and including buffing machine shall be used to minimize undulation followed by vacuum cleaning. Item rate is inclusive of materials all labour, tools and tackles, Shuttering Supporting and completing material and transportation etc. as per manufacturer's instruction all as specified and as directed.

Supply, materials and application of two coats of PU Paint over a coat of Epoxy QW primer on steel surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M & L For replacement of down rod suitable for Celing fan of between 2.0 mtrs - 5.0 mtrs, medium grade M.S. Pipe duly drilled, screwed and painted with one coat of rdoxide metal primer and two coats of high gloss white synthetic enamel paint complete with nut, bolt etc and all as directed by engg in charge.

Taking down old serviceable LED light of any type and refixing after completion of the B/R & E/M works complete all as directed by engg-in-charge

Supply & Fixing of Antique brass finished Portuguese Style Chandelier of 6 Nos light lamp with suitable wall and fixing at wall / ceiling including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete.all as specified and directed. Note- 1 Pc of the Chandelier light should be approved by GE.

Supply & Fixing of LED tube light fitting 4 ft 20 watt, 230 volt energy efficient comprises of extruded PVC housing, with inbuilt driver and PC diffuser including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete.all as specified and directed

Supply & Fixing of Fancy type LED mirror light fitting with PVC body having high out put diffuser 2 feet, 8-15 watt 220 V AC decorative type with inbuilt driver and LED lamp as per sample provided including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of 0.75sqmm size complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
