M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight of curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing cement concrete with type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embeded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specfied and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specfied and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5cu m, getting out, returning,filling in & ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding, 25cm watering & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F joist, channel, angle, or tee section, fixed independantly, without connecting plates, etc. as in fencing post conforming to Fe 410 W (gde E-250 quality B) complete all as specified and as directed.

Provinding and fixing chain link fencing of P.V.C coated M.S wire mesh roll of 10 gauge of (50 mm x 50 mm) size mesh fixing firmly to the existing M.S angle vertical pole of fencing with 8mm dia 50 mm G.I Bolt and G.I flat (35 mm x 4 mm/100mm) long G.I wire cost includes all required materials, fixtures, labour and machinery etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F flat iron as for securing wire mesh etc. posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shapeas directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat ironfillets ) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specfied and directed.

S &F MS screw bolt (machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square n exc 5 cm long dia of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 (R) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing RCPC factory made 75mm precast RCC cover slab of 3MT load bearing capacity conforming to IS : 12592 (Grade M-25) 3 Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any descriptions, in Ground floors (Floor Topping, Sub Base etc) not exc 150mm thick, above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in fundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick Cement concrete type C- 2, (1:3:6) (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base floor, hard standing and like complete all as speficied and as directed.

Material and labour for pre-polished cement concrete designed coloured chequered tiles glossy finish of area n exc 0.16 sqm as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles and laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) over 40mm PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for silver Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658- 2006 M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggte as in plinth protection / paving, surfae finished even & smooth without using extra cement as complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic (coloured) tiles of size (450x300X6-7)mm thick as in vertical surface/dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Anti-skid joint free ceramic coloured tiles area of each tiles (Square / rectangular) exc 0.11 sqm but n. exc 0.18 sqm (7 to 8) mm thick in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Screed bed shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof ridges /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Granite(of any type) (18-20)mm thick slab laid on floor machine cut, bedded & jointed with grey cement slurry & pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) including grinding & polishing complete. complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable water tank, removing from site, Supply and fixing of rotational moulded polythene water storage tank 1000 litre capacity ISI marked (cylindrical, vertical, double layered with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including PVC float valve 20mm bore weight not less than 210gms. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable water tank, removing from site, Supply and fixing 2000 Litre capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (multilayer.cylindrical |vertical with closed top) with and including 50 mm dia PVC float valve hoisted and fixed in position complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of old plastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of over new plastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot and applying two coat of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying one coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified & as directed

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel & iron surface of any description over 10 Cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of new steel surfaces & applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered and unplastered surfaces of old decorated walls take a one coat of acrylic oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 1mm thick wall care putty on wall including rubbing with sand paper to achieve a smooth surface & sharp straight edges etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surface two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surface & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
