Annual Operation of 320 KVA D.G.Set of Old Power House and Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical installations of Old Power House, ATC Building, Fire Station, MT Workshop, Nav-Aids, GLF Installations, Perimeter lighting etc. by deploying adequate manpower as per special conditions of contract.

Provision of additional hour required for operations due to delay in flight, emergency, major maintenance works. Beyond the scope of item no. 1 on daily basis.

Inspection, servicing and testing of 3 Pole, 800A, 11KV, HT Vaccum circuit Breakers (2 Nos. VCB ) (Make: Crompton Greaves) installed at Old power house at Bhopal Airport, including carrying out the following tests & preventive maintenance alongwith submission of the test reports. (a) General inspection (b) Wiring check including control circuit and indications. (c) IR test between poles to poles, between poles to earth in closed condition and between pole to pole in open condition. (d) Continuity of power contacts. (e) Continuity of auxiliary contacts. (f) Resistance measurement of tripping coil. (g) Closing, tripping and inter- locking testing. (h) Tripping through relay operation.

Calibration of 11 KV HT panel of relays of Crompton Greaves make (01 Over current relay + Earth fault relay, type-CGI 14 N) complete by digital relay testing set of the Airport power house. - 2 Nos.

Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil at AAI site including testing the BDV before and after testing and submission of test reports etc. as required for following Transformers. 500 KVA Transformer (Make: Voltamp)

Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil at AAI site including testing the BDV before and after testing and submission of test reports etc. as required for following Transformers. 630 KVA Transformer (Make: Voltamp)

Supply and topping of transformer oil (Tested).

Painting of following poles in 2 coats by using Aluminium paint of approved make (Asian / Berger) including pole boxes, cleaning of surface etc., as required including rewriting the identification Sl.No.

50 mm Gl pipe pole of length not exceeding 3 Mt.

75 mm Gl pipe pole of length not exceeding 3 Mt.

Tubular street light poles of length not exceeding 11 Mt.

Spray Painting of sheet metal enclosures of electrical panels inside the power house, Pump room & ATC building & terminal building including cleaning the surface and one coats of grey or any other color of make (Asian / Berger) including rewriting the identification the circuit, Protecting and covering the electrical accessories during painting and removing after work is over etc., as reqd.

Painting of sheet metal enclosures of electrical equipments such as feeder pillars, distribution boards, electrical panel, frame etc. including cleaning the surface and one coat of grey or any other color of make (Asian / Berger) including rewriting the identification the circuit, Protecting and covering the electrical accessories during painting and removing after work is over etc., as reqd.

Carrying out /Making in-field measurement/testing of intensity, beam spread/coverage, orientation, chromaticity, luminous factor, setting of field alignment, toeing angle, elevation angle as per the requirement of site & ICAO/Civil Aviation Requirement (CAR) Section-4 Aerodrome standard & licensing series ‘B’ Part-I, for inset/ elevated type approach(CAT-I /CAT-II), runway edge, runway end, threshold, PAPI airfields ground lights at R.B. Airport Bhopal, by using suitable/standard Testing Equipment system / frame Reader, submission of test reports etc. complete as required as per technical specification.

CPWD Schedule of rates DSR-2022 (Electrical) items of Rs. 2,00,000/- - Chapter 01 to 10 & 14 The rate shall be quoted for this item as per examples given below- • Please refer clause 43 of GTT page No. GTT-10 before quoting rates for this item. • If bidder wants to quote the rates at par with rates of DSR-2022 (E & M), then bidder has to quote 1.00 in the rate column. • If bidder wants to quote the rates 10% above the rates of DSR- 2022 (E & M), then bidder has to quote 1.10 in the rate column. • If bidder wants to quote the rates 10% below the rates of DSR- 2022 (E & M), then bidder has to quote 0.90 in the rate column.
