Painting the old iron works two coats with syntactic enamel paint of approved quality and colour including ordinary scraping using brushes and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)

Paving the floor with kota stone slab of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm (un-polished) in all floors laid in of cement mortor 1:3 (one cement three M.Sand), 20mm thick and pointed with colour cement neatly including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc., so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc. The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Supply & Fixing of Continuous sandwich PUF panels 50 mm thick either as single piece, prefabricated, modular, factory made units which consist of an insulating layer of rigid polyurethane foam between two layers of metal sheets, comprises of PUF bonded between two sheets of Pre-coated GI sheets of 0.5 mm thick to produce straight-to-finish panels with all necessary fixtures to complete the work in all respect.
