Providing and fixing Ist quality Ceramic glazed tiles confirming to IS 13753 of minimum thickness 10mm of approved make like Nitco, Orient, Somany, Kajaria, or equivalent make in all colours for flooring over CM 1:3, 12 mm thickincluding inter mediate filling of the tiles with matching pigment etc., as directed by the Engineer-in- charge, including cost of all materials, labour charges forming & placing of cement mortar and laying tiles etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality Ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to IS 13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like Nitco, Orient, Somany, Kajaria, or equivalent make in all colours, of any size as approved by EIC for skirting, rises of steps and dados walls over 12 mm cm 1:3 and pointing with coloured cement including cost of all materials, labour charges forming & placing of cement mortar and laying tiles etc., complete.

Applying one coat cement primer of approved brand like Berger, Shalimar, Asian paints, Dulux etc. inside and out side the wall of building, including cleaning the wall surface, cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation charges, minor tools etc. complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed acrylic plastic emulsion paint (extra) antifunges approved brand like Berger, Shalimar, Asian, Dulux etc on the inside and outside of the building including cost of paint, all other materials, labour charges, minor tools, transporatation charges etc. complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint on doors, windows & ventilators. Including cost of all labour charges, cost of all materials and minor tools etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Removing the EWC and flushing Cystern for the toilet without any damage and provide after completion of tiles works including cost of all labour chares minor tools but excluding required fittings etc., complete.

Providing EWC and flushing Cystern for the toilet etc., including cost of all labour charges minor tools cost of all materials etc., complete.

Removing door shutter without any damages for providing tiles work and re-fixing after completion of tiles works including cost of all labour charges minor tools etc. complete.
