M&L non-skid, ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles over and including screed bed 15mm thick average in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per item No 2 here in before but as on vertical surfaces skirting,dados and riser to steps etc over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4.

M&L for joint free glazed coloured ceramic coloured tiles of 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick on vertical surface of walls set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick double charged (square/ rectangular) shade as approve by AGE(B/R) AF Bikaner ,polished and area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed 15mm thick average in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in repair machine cut Granite slab 15 mm thick for steps, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like and incl 10mm thick (avg thickness) cement mortar 1:4 screeding and setting coat in cement morter 1:2, 3mm thick, set and jointed with white/coloured cement to match the shade of slab incl cutting, waste, rubbing and polshing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The rate of granite stone shall be deemed to incl for full rounded off corner/edges incl all cutting to make it square or rectangular. (ii) The rate shall also be deemed to incl for cutting and polishing machine and granite polishing to achive the desired granite finish all as specified.

M&L for repairing of soffit and sides of RCC slab/chajja and similar works by dismantling of loose/ disintegrated portion of RCC at any height and in any situation (including provn of support, formwork and welding of reinforcement with weld mesh of weight not less than 3 kg/ sqm and dubbing 1st coat of 20 to 25mm thick in cm 1:3 finished rough and finishing coat of 10mm thick in cm 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement after applying cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/Sqm and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Unit rate of this items includes the cost of scaffolding, form work, necessary water proffing agent etc and nothing extra shall be paid on account of variation if heights (ii) The measurement of finished plaster of 2nd coat provided on surface in sqm shall be the mode of measurement aganst this item
