Outsourcing services for Operation and maintenance of 33/11KV Sub Stn yard cum central receiving station complete round the clock in 3 shift of 8 hours (for 24 hrs including sunday and holiday) each by experienced in trade electrician skilled (ITI qualified) in each shift and maintenance of installed machinary to be carried out as per PS clause. ( c) Document to be maintained i) Daily Log sheet ii) Electric shut down issue details register iii) Earth test record register iv) Transformer oil test record register v) Daily attendance register Note for Item No.1 (i) Greasing of GOD switches periodically with all safety measures to be carried out for smooth functioning all as directed. (ii) Earthing maintenance and watering should be done regularly to maintain required earth value. (iii) Items required for day to day maintenance and cleaning viz. cotton waste, grease, kerosene oil for cleaning. fuse wire, tools required for operation and maintenance, petroleum jelly for battery, insulation tape, soap, broom, grass cutting tool, stationary for maintenance record etc will be included in quoted rates (iv) Proper uniform with name plate for duty personel will be provided by the contractor is included in quoted rates.

NOTE in respect of item No. 01 (i) T&P, stationary like log sheets and all consumable items like cotton waste, insulation tape, gland packing, grease, broom required will be provided by the tenderer. (ii) Cleaning of installation shall be the responsibility of the contractor.(iii) Uniform for operators on duty will be issued by the contractor and the cost shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) The contractor shall quote his rates for item No 1 which shall be considerd complete cost of this item i.e. mimimum wages (fixed by govt competent authority) all taxes, EPE, ESIC, labour welfare cess/Bonus personal insurance, cess, levies, as applicable including GST. Notes for all bidders in r/o item Ser No No 01 (i) If the quoted amount is less than the estimate cost of work, then the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of Financial Bid for the difference in estimated cost & quoted amount. In case the said FDR/BGB is not submitted within stipulated period as mentioned above, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid will be rejected. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work including defect liability period of contracts whenever applicable". (ii) Besides this the instructions regarding payments, the contractor/firms will have to make payment to their staff/employees by cheque or NEFT in their bank account & no payment shall be made to the contractor unless proof of payment of wages to work force shall be submitted by the contractor. (iii) In no case wages of deployed persons shall be less than the Minimum wages fixed by Govt Competent Authority. It is mandatory requirement for Contractor that payment of deployed person shall be made through Cheque/RTGS/Acceptable Electronic Mode only. Proof of payment shall be submitted by Contractor to Engineer in Charge monthly basis or during claiming on account of Advance (RAR)/FB. (iv) The Employees Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions (EPF &Raj) Act, 1952. shall be strictly adhered to by the Contractor. Social Security to workers i.e. Basic rate, EPF, ESIC, Labour welfare cess/Bonus Personal Insurance(if applicable) on part of Employer shall be paid by Contractor and accordingly, Contractor/Bidder shall include all these factors in his quoted rate. (v) Statutory levies/GST applicable on part of contracts shall be paid by Contractor and accordingly, Contractor/Bidder shall include all these factors in his quoted rate.

PART II Material and labour required for inspection, maintenance, servicing of DG sets of following capacities, including items covered in B check of DG set for smooth functioning and carrying out maintenance complete as per OEM instructions and as directed :- Notes : B Check kit, coolent shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items. Following Á' Checks to be carried out :- (a) Checking engine oil level and topping up as and when required . Note : Oil shall be measures and paid separately (b) Checking and adjusting the belt for tension and replacement of belt. Note : Belt shall be measured and paid seperately (c) Checking of oil bath air cleaner level (d) Checking of exhaust system for leakage (e) Draining of sediment from fuel filter and fuel tank (f) Cleaning of air cleaner element (g) Checking engine alternator coupling, mounting bolts and alignment (h) Tighting all nuts, bolts, in alternator terminal block (j) Checking of alternator carbon brush and connections in alternator (k) Checking and tighting of all connection in DC control wiring. (l) Checking of all radiator rubber hose and replacement if required. Note : Hose pipe shall be measured and paid separately (m) Checking and recording oil pressure, water and oil temperature (n) Checking anti vibration mounting and replacement if required. Note : Anti vibration pad shall be measured and paid separately (o) Checking throttle linkage (p) Checking battery for cell test, electrolyte level, gravity and topping up to required level (q) Routine check / repair work of panel, switch, MCCB, main switch, all contactors, engine control unit. (r) Checking of AMF panel, all electrical connections etc. (s) Checking of earthing resistance Following 'B' Checks to be carried out :- (a) Replacment of of lubricant oil. (b) Replacing lubricant oil filter element with O ring (c) Replacing fuel filter element (d) Replacing coolant. (e) Replacing Governer oil

Servicing & repair to self starter of DG set ranging from 125 KVA to 500 KVA incl replacement of parts such as washer, nut, bolts, bush, solonoid, rotor etc. assembling and testing complete.

M & L for servicing of 11/33KV VCB indoor / outdoor type complete including taking out HT VCB trolley of rating 400 to1200 Amp from HT panel after switching off electric supply. Checking of all mechanical/ electrical/ control system for proper functioning e.g. spring charge system, triping system, remote operation, indication system, upward-downward/ in-out movement of HT VCB trolley etc including opening the VCB trolly & checking the quality of insulating material, vaccum system complete. Cleaning & servicing the fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing with AP-3 grease and reassembling the VCB including connection to HT panel complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note:- Spares/ items required for replacement will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of BoQ.

M & L for taking out relay set (O/C and E/F relays) of any make from HT 33 KV / 11KV VCB panel, cleaning (the contacts NO+NC should be cleaned by CTC solution and adjust if electromagnetic) and calibrate the relays by relay testing kit & proper setting as per reqd load & time delay and fixing the relay set in HT panels complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Testing of above job to be carried out by primary and secondry injection kit.

M & L for servicing / calibration of 11KV HT RMU 630 Amp rating, indoor type 3 way including taking out mechanism of RMU from HT Panel after switching off electric supply. Checking of all mechanical/ electrical/ control system for proper functioning e.g. spring charge system, triping system, remote operation, indication system etc including checking the quality of insulating material complete. Cleaning & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the including motorised operatin and connection to HT panel complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Servicing /over hauling and repairing of LT ACB of cap 1000 Amp make GE Power control by healthy tripping system, cleaning of male/ female contact and all the spring over load protection including of minor parts like nut bolt washer,spring, wiring and connection material all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for overhauling 33 KV GOD set by replacing stationary and moving contacts adjusting from ground level for smooth operation by replacing flexible copper strip, insulators, nuts, bolts, washer, GI pipe handle etc and applying jelly, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for overhauling 11 KV GOD set by replacing stationary and moving contacts adjusting from ground level for smooth operation by replacing flexible copper strip, insulators, nuts, bolts, washer, GI pipe handle etc and applying jelly, all as directed by Engr-inCharge.

M&L for Cleaning of bushing and terminal of HT Potential Transformer(PT) 33/11 KV, outdoor type by CTC liquid and checking of oil level and oil dielectric strength (BD test) and proper connection checking/ tightining of control wiring and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cleaning of bushing and terminal of HT Current Transformer (CT) 33 / 11 KV, outdoor type of any ratio and any type by CTC solution and checking of oil level and oil dielectric strength (BD test) and proper connection checking/ tightining of control wiring and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning and testing of transformer up to 3.15 MVA, outdoor type, externally including all accessories viz. conservator tank, marshaling box, bushings, bucholz relay, radiator, bushings oil level indicator etc. complete and checking the incoming and outgoing terminal connection complete with the following testing all as directed:- (i)Transformer oil dielectric strength (BD voltage) test. (ii)Buccholz relay Alarm & trip testing. (iii)Oil temprature Alarm & trip testing. (iv) Winding temprature Alarm & trip testing. (v) Meggar testing between HV to earth. (vi) Meggar testing between LV to earth. (vii) Meggar testing between HV to LV . (viii) Earth resistance test for body earthing. (ix) Replacement all packing and viewing glass in marshilling box ( if required)

S & F in replacement of multifunctional Vollt/Amp /Hz meter, 415 Volt AC supply complete all as directed.

M&L for Neon indicating lamp suitable for AC/DC supply (Red, Yellow, Blue) panel mounting type

M&L for replacement of jumper connection by using ACSR conductor weasel, alkathine pipe ,aluminium lugs, nuts, bolts etc. all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for painting of 'IMC' chanels/ 'C' chanels of 33/11 KV Switch yard at CPH compleate for all steel/iron structure with two coats of aluminium paint including removing of old paint and preparation of surface for painting comlete all as directed at site by Engr-in Charge. (Note: All T & P required for painting is deemed to be included in quated rates).

Surface dressing in soft / loose soil including levelling of surface and removing of grass ,bushes and taking out side MD land all as directed

S&F in replacement Earthing chamber cover of size 54cmX54cmx50mm thick outer size reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle,earth pit angle iron frame of size 25x25mmx3mm. Note:- Back side of angle shall be treated with Tar/black paint and front side with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified. The rate of tar & paint deemed to be included in this item.
