Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm, depth exceeding 50 mm but not exceeding 100 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying evenly a priming coat with bituminous primer (paving grade bitumen VG-10 grade) @ 7.5 kg per 10 sq metres complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for bituminous macadam not exceeding 75 mm thickness (compacted thickness) using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 4% binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined as per IRC 27: 2009. The adjustment in rate on MINUS side variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of ₹60 per kg. No claim whatsoever shall be made for adjustment in plus side.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (paving grade bitumen VG-10 grade) @ 5 kg per 10 sq metres complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for applying evenly a priming coat with bituminous primer (paving grade bitumen VG-10 grade) @ 2.5 kg per 10 sq metres complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for bituminous concrete 40 mm (compacted thickness) using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) @ 5.5% by weight of total mix & hydraulic lime/cement(OPC-43 Grade) filler, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Semi dense bituminous concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined following the Marshall Mix Design procedure contained in the Asphalt Institute Manual MS-2 (Sixth Edition) as referred in case 3.5.3 of IRC 111: 2009. The adjustment in rate on MINUS side variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of ₹60 per kg. No claim whatsoever shall be made for adjustment in plus side.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T & P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at the rate of 5 kg per 10 Sqm, putting in bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with bitumen 9.8 kg per 10 sqm blinded with 0.09 cum stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of polymeric modified buitumen emulsion (PMBE) with claning of existing surface by using self propeiled emulsion distribution uniformly or towed emulsion pressure sprayer, equipped for spraying the PMBE uniformly and mopping the total undiluted PMBE @ 0.60 Litre per sqm in one coat (diluted quantity 1.20 litre/Sqm) dully diluted in ratio 3:2 (PMBE 3 Litre : Water 2 Litre) and ensure uniform finish of total area and claning complete all as per manufactures instuctions complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge. Note 1 : Actual quantity of PMBE for two coats shall be as per trial patch and approved by Engr-in-Charge, and shall not be more than 1.00 Litre (undiluted PMBE) per Sqm. Consumption of PMBE shall be jointly recorded in MB for Record Purpose. 2 : Minus price adjustment as per pro-rata of quoted rate for 1.0 litre (undiluted PMBE) per Sqm in one coats shall be made, if less quantity of PMBE as per trial patch and subsequently approved by Engr-in-Charge is used in work. 3 :- Special care shall be taken to fill gaps/cracks with 6mm to 2.36mm size coarse sand as per manufacture's instructions and quoted rates is included for repair of gaps/cracks. 4 :- Quoted rates shall be deemed to included for trial patch 15 mtr x 15 mtr.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed
