BOQ (REPAIR/MAINT OF MOORING POINT, SOIL SCRAPPING AND MISC B/R WORK IN TECH AREA AT AF STATION SURATGARH)

Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as directed. Note : - (i)The concrete should be demolished in a specific size as per site requirement. (ii) The Concrete shall be cut sharply at all edges by diamond cutter in complete depth as per site requirememt before demolition to ensure that adjacent slab panel is not disturb if required and as directed. (iii) Removal of debries from site of wok as directed within MoD land to a distance exceeding 250m but not exc 500 m . (iv)Nothing extra will be paid to contractor for these account. The contractor should be quote rate considering all aspect as stated.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M - 30 design Mix (20 mm graded aggregate) for Foundations, including rafts and mass concrete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

S & F pre moulded M S ring of dia not more than 15 CM made out of 30mm dia round bar all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Raking out existing sealing compound from expansion, contraction & dummy joints of width exceeding 10mm but not exceeding 20mm and upto 25mm deep by mechanical means operated with electric, preparing and cleaning of sides, bottom and edges of adjoining slabs with solvent soaked cloth to remove sticked old sealing compound completely, cleaning the surface of the joints with wire brushes and finally removing and cleaning dust etc with compressed air to make it free from all foreign particles, filling with Polyurethane joint sealing compound using mechanical means to a minimum depth exceeding 8 mm but not exceeding 10 mm (depth minimum above the backup rod) with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) + 30% confirming to the requirement of BS-5212 and EN 141875-2003 of hydrolysis/water resistance including one coat of primer and providing approved quality closed cell polythene back up rod/back up sheet of required size & shape over existing bituminious joint filler board in position applying masking tape on edges to prevent accident all slippage on solvent on top surface and to give a neat finish to sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied as required complete all as per manfacture instructions including removal of loose & foreign materials outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 5.00 above but width of joint exceeding 20mm but not exceeding 30mm and to a minimum depth exceeding 8 mm but not exceeding 10 mm (depth minimum above the backup rod) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of loose patches/scales of existing paint by scrapping with suitable scrapers, tools and clean the surafce by sweeping and applying two coats of water based Road marking paint of make (as approved by GE), over one coat of primer as per IS-164:2023 of Colour white/ golden/ yellow/ Deep orange/ Red and black (as approved by GE) in lines, dashes, letter, circle, triangle etc on concrete or bitumen surfaces/ pavements exceeding 10cm in width using Mechanical pavement marking machine, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of soil/muddy soil/ grass/vegetation by manual means in drains under culverts including dressing of sides and cleaning of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 250 m from drain complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F self adhesive retro reflective tape background including preparation of surface including taking down of old tape including alphabets, Numbers, letters in DTGM/cautionary board/sign boards complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Dismantling existing Sign Boards of size approx 1 to 1.5 Sqm on elevation and refixing of the same including replacement of 5mm thick Acrylic Sheet including necessary cleats/brackets/rivets/nuts bolts as required and fixing vinyl sheet under Arcylic sheet covering the same and fixing 3M high intensity prismatic retro reflective Sheeting Series 3930 of approved colour/shade fixed on vinyl sheet fully at both face of board covered including letter writting infomation/ logo with same sheeting computerised cut in approved colour /shade.The letters approximately covering upto 50% of the board complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Cost of letter writing with retro-Reflective Sheeting is includied in unit rate.

Removal of deposited soil, grass vegetation on the edge of loops, links,PTT, dispersal etc and adjacent area upto 30 cm from edge manually with hand tools by scapping/ cutting / excavating average depth not exceeding 15 cm and removal of scrapped material away from site of work but not exceeding to a lead of 250 m all as specified and as directed.

Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary of tender documents.
