Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in sunken floors, exc 15cm thickness, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:5:10, type E2 (using 40mm graded aggregate), as in sunken flooring, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of SHALIMAR SUPERCRETE/NITOBOND/Dr Fixit water proofing coating on the entire surface of sunken portion, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick cement screed in CM (1:3) admixed with integral water proofing compound FOSROC's complast X 421 IC @ 130ml per bag of cement including a bonding coat of FOSROC's Nito bond AR cement slurry/STP NO 1 liquid @ 200ml per bag, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) to receive the top layer of tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
