Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L 3.2mm thick lead glass radiation resistence for x ray radiation fixing with all fitings and fixture complete all aspecified

M&L for vitrified ceramic coloured tiles 8 to 9mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished of light shade, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid incl over 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles light shade -8 to 9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid incl over 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic coloured tiles 8 to 9mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished of light shade, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in verticle surface etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid incl over 10mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as directed.

M&L for dismantling stone slabs laid bedded and pointed in any morter and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc

M&L Granite (of any type) tiles 18-20mm thick machine cut, bedded & jointed with grey cement slurry & pointed with white cement with admixure of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting & polishing laid incl over 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board/WOODEN PARTITION of any description, any thicknes including cover fillets and frame work complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-n-Charge

M&L for exposed GI frame/grid system duly powder coated for module size of 595x595 mm suitable for lay-in aluminium / mineral fibre ceiling tiles, having main T runner of 24 mm size, suspended at 1200mm C/C and cross T runner of 24 mm size, suspended at 600mm C/C with interlocking arrangements to form grid of 595x595mm, perimeter runner/channel of 15 mm size, main and cross T runner supported by 4mm dia GI rod from slab / Roof, wall angle etc with and including all fixing accessories and making good of distrubed wall surfaces complete all as directed.

M&L for metal false ceiling, lay-in type, 0.5 mm thick, having tegular edge profile, duly powder coated, perforated type with glass fibre acoustic fleece, suitable for false ceiling grid/frame module of 595x595 mm size, complete all as directed (Note : The grid /frame shall be measured and paid for separetly.)
