Exposed surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including raking out joints between panel to panel and panel to wall and plugging the same with bitumen mastic using bitumen and sand mixture in 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick as weather proof topping laid over concrete flooring, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with metallic floor hardner @ 5% by weight of cement, laid on concrete floors and pavings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: Metallic floor hardner shall be measured and paid seperately as "Supply only" under relevant item.
