Excavating in trenches for laying under ground cable, erection of poles and stays in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr–in–charge.

All as per item No 01 here-in-before but in PCC/floor/road

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note:- Measurement shall be taken after gentling puning.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1 with flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, sheathed, armoured, heavy duty LT 1100 volts grade cable with aluminium conductor laid in trenches / pipes, fixed to poles / walls, fixing with suitable saddle/clamps complete all as directed including taking out the old burnt out cables all as directed of following sizes:-

Supply & install steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP -31 (9 Mtr long) complete with CI base plate and finial including foundation with following work: (a). Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum each, getting out in soft/loose soil, returning filling in and well ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface. (b) PCC M-7.5 grade (Nominal mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in base (0.90m x 0.60m x 0.15m height) as in lean concrete. (c) PCC M-10 grade (Nominal mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete of size 0.60m x 0.60m x 1.5m height. (d) PCC M-15 grade (Nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping (0.45m x 0.60m 0.45m height) including necessary formwork. (e) M&L for applying two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer and making alternate colour bands of black & yellow colours in 30 cm width upto a height of 1.5 mtr from pole coping with synthetic enamelled paint complete. (f) M&L for applying one coat of bitumenous paint to tubler pole below GL.

M&L for GI stay assembly set comprising of 14 mm dia 400 mm iron stay bow, 2150 mm long stay rod 16 mm dia stay plate 300 mm x 300 mm x 6 mm thimble, GI stay wire 7/8 SWG of required length, MS clamp, porcelain loop insulator of size 90 x 140 mm with hole clearance 25.5 mm, excavating (0.60 m x 0.90 m x 1.2 m), PCC M-10 grade (Nominal mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of size 0.6 m x 0.9 m x 0.6 m, returning filling & disposal of earth to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete.

Dismantling / taking down old unserviceable pin/loop/shackle type insulator any type / size.

S&F pin type porcelain vitreous insulator 100 mm height and 65 mm dia for 1100 Volts grade including galvanised mild steel spindle, one nut and two washers complete all as specified.

S&F shackle type insulator porcelain vitreous white,brown and green of size 75 mm heaight and 90 mm dia incl galvanised MS straps 31x3 mm size , washers, insulator bolt 12 mm dia and nut for working pressure 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified.

Dismantling of old unserviceble Aluminium conductor from existing over head lines complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for ACSR conductors including stretching conductors of existing size and type for over head LT poles including binding at site to insulator with suitable size of binding wire etc complete all as directed.

Taking out existing binding wire from insulators of loose overhead conductors including earth wire of LT lines and restreching ACSR conductor to required sag up to the satisfaction of Engr-in-charge including re-binding the conductor with new aluminium binding wire, jumpering of any type of conductor, re-connecting of service connections, street light connections complete all as directed for following number of conductors in LT line. (Note: (a) Necessary T&P like Ladder, rope, pulling machine, vehicle etc shall be arranged by the contractor.)

Dismantling unserviceable cross arms and anti climbing devices from pole /structures. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for work confirming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O as in cross arms, support, bracings, stiffeners, clamps channels fabricated from structural steel including nuts, bolts and washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size all as directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coating of red oxide primer all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for scraping, scretching, cleaning the old paint, preparation of the surface for repainting. Painting LT 09 Mtr long steel tubular pole with one coat of aluminium paint and writing pole Nos. including applying one coat of cement base paint on PCC muff all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Labour & tools for trimming tree branches upto 100 mm girth of any location around existing HT/LT OH lines giving clearance of 1.5 m on all sides complete. Note:- Trimming of tree branches irrespective in numbers in each tree shall be measured as one unit.

Cutting wild grass, bushes, creaper, unwanted vegetation from inside / surrounding of E/M installations, near transformers, pole structures etc including cutting creapers from barbed / cattle fencing of the installations as when directed and removing of unwanted material from installation compound and depositing where directed. Note : (a) The item shall be operated maximum two times in entire period of contract in the same installations. Area measured separately each time).

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as per IS 15965: 2012 in roof covering /cladding to wall with self tapping screws complete.

M&L for framed work as in MS sheet section,hinges, angle iron etc complete confirming to Fe-410-O or Fe 310-0 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC LT Line separator 2 Way to maintain distance with in over head line conductors made of polypropylene composite moulded or bolted type complete all as directed at site.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC LT Line separator 4 Way to maintain distance with in over head line conductors made of polypropylene composite moulded or bolted type complete all as directed at site.

M&L for laying GI Tubing light grade 40 mm dia for cable potection galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including removing the rusted old one complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with GI earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick electrode buried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metres below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4.0 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part-I and incl 15 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe (upto 7.5 metres beyond outer edge of earth pit) PCC M-10 grade (Nominal Mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate in pit with 40mm thick RCC cover in reinforced cement concrete M-15 grade (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm dia bar both way @ 150mm c/c, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore light grade GI watering pipe, common salt and chaarcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete.

S&F double legged informatory sign board of size 1.5m x1.0mx3mm fixed on single frame, both side and meeting back to back on the square pipe. The boards are of high intesity grade reto-reflective sheeting of AVERY DENNISOX made out of 2mm thick Alcoband sheet/ aluminium sheet confirming to IS 736, colour as approved by Engr-in-Charge on SS square/round pipe of size 45x45x3.65/50mm square pipe with nut and bolt. The lettering will be computerised cut of high intensity grade white sheeting (AVERY DENNISON) and machanically fixed on board over vertical post on 50mm square/round pipe, 3.65mm thick. Total height of sign board shall not less than 2.5m. Pipe shall be embedded in PCC M-15 grade (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate of size not less than 200x200x350mm in post holes incl dismantling of old board complete.
