Provision for 25 cm Dia Pilling as foundation up to adepth of 3m including labour charges with all completed.

Provision for earth work in excavation for by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and liftupto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge: All kinds of soil.

Provision for dry brick pitching half brick thick in surface for PCC including supply of bricks and preparing the surface complete: With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement – All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Provision for centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete with all complete.

Provision for steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars.

Provision for brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4coarse sand).

Provision for steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. (MS grill of size 2.0 x 1.20 m, 16 mm sq.MS bar 10cm c/c, 40x40x06 mm MS angle, 40x06 mm MS flat: appx. weight of the grill @ 60 kg/each grill).

Provision for 12 mm cement plastering of mix 1:4 (1cement:4coarse sand) with all complete.

Provision for finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coat supplied @ 1.67 ltr /10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90ltr /10sqm with all complete.
