Operation and maintenance of pump houses Regular operation and maintenance of pump houses located at WSS Complex or Complexes. The work includes operation of distribution line main valves for daily supply of water of the Industrial Area at supply times specified by corporation. Regular Operation of pump house installed with existing centrifugal or Mono block pump or motors, with round the clock monitoring, including complete repair and maintenance of pump sets, connecting suction or delivery pipes jointing material, panel, main switches, kit Kates, Electric connections, service cable including cost of material and labour required for repairing or rewinding, removal and replacement etc. for uninterrupted functioning of Electric Panels and Pump sets with regular up-keepment of log books, repair of leakages in pump glans and MS or CI or AC Pipeline system inside of WSS Campus complete, Regular chemical dosing in CWR maintaining general cleanliness at pump house and WSS Campus complete in all respect as directed by Engineer in charge. Special Terms and Conductions of work is enclosed

Regular Operation and Maintenance of Water Supply Scheme (Through canal water supply) including maintenance of pipeline network. Contractor have to undertake the following activities (a). Regular supervision and desilting of inlet channel (minimum 15 days) or pipe line from canal to storage tank and to ensure adequate storage of raw water. (b). To maintain slow or sand filter, clearing the overburden, on filter media at regular intervals (minimum 15 days). (c)Operating pumping sets to lift water from storage tank to slow and sand filter as per requirement of the area. (d)Operation and maintenance of pumping sets connecting CWR to SR as per requirement of the area. (e) Regular maintenance of pipeline for rising main, distribution, sluice valve etc. of complete water supply scheme including removing of leakage as and when required and including jointing material.

Maintenance of Distribution or Rising Main Pipe Line Network Repair and maintenance of existing distribution or rising main pipe line system consisting of AC Pressure Pipeline or PVC or uPVC or HDPE or CI or DI Lines for maintaining smooth water supply in area covered under the scope of work. The scope of work includes timely repairing of leakage in all existing distribution or rising main pipeline of all sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in soft and loose soil or hard soil including cutting of Bituminous or Cement Concrete or WBM or WMM surface at any site of work at no extra cost. It is also inclusive of cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe pieces with jointing material to make repair leak proof and refilling the pit or trench by excavated soil by ramming it at all sides of pipes and upto ground level. Contractor will do dewatering at his own level by making necessary arrangements, if required. Contractor will use their own T and P, however the pipe line and jointing materials, sluice valves, etc. shall be provided by the Corporation but the contractor shall have to deposit the damaged material in RIICO store. But no additional payment shall be made on account of transportation.
