REWINDING AND OVERHAULING OF COOLING FAN OF 160MVA T/F I & II AND 20MVA AT 220KV S/S MIRZAPUR UNDER ETD MIRZAPUR
Dismantling of defective and noisy cooling exhaust fan of 160 MVA T/F-I &II from its base for repairing by opening of its cable connection, nut & bolt, rubber pad and fin and rewinding of 3-phase 415 Volt 50Hz 1.2KW 700 RPM ‘36’ Sweep heavy duty defective cooling Exhaust fans with class ‘B’ enameled copper wire of same gauge, changing of damaged Ball bearing with new ones of same size: replacement of damaged washers, Rubber washers, rubber pads & reinstalling the repaired cooling Exhaust fans at required places on the transformer, making proper electrical connections for successful running of the cooling Exhaust fan with all cost of men, material and T&P required for the job.
Rewinding and overhauling of 3-Phase, 415Volt, 0.5 HP Capacity cooling fans of 20MVA Transformer-I&II PME Make. The work includes dismentaling of cooling fans from transformer, its carriage to repair workshop and back after due rewinding, overhauling replacement of defective ball bearings if required and finally mounting of cooling fans on transformer with proper electrical connection for satisfactory running of cooling fans.
Overhauling of 3-Phase, 415Volt, 1.2 KW Capacity cooling fans of 160 MVA Transformer-I&II EMCO & BBL Make.The work includes dismentaling of cooling fans from transformer, its carriage to repair workshop and back after due overhauling replacement of defective ball bearings if required and finally mounting of cooling fans on transformer with proper electrical connection for satisfactory running of cooling fans.
