Laying of new pipeline from the main pump house area to new ETP site.

Laying and jointing 10”/12” dia. MS pipe line including manual transportation of material from store to site cutting trench as and when required for ground support laid line (including all the cutting and welding work, Welding rod for welding , elgy van for welding workand all the required manpower will be provided by the contractor, all the material used for laying of the pipeline will be provided by the contractor itself)

Dismantling of 10"/12" pipe including transportation of the pipe to the required place as suggested by EIC(including all the cutting work, all the required manpower will be provided by the contractor, all the material used for dismantling of the pipeline will be provided by the contractor itself)

Fitting of the NRV valve of size 12" with all the complete arrangement(All types of nut bolt used for the fitting of the valve will be provided by the contractor itself including supply of the NRV valve(material of the valve will be cast steel) of dia. 12" with bypass arrangement with 4" sluice valve. Flange of both end for fitting in the pipeline with rubber packing will also provided by the contractor)

Fitting of the Sluice valve of size 12" with all the complete arrangement(All types of nut bolt used for the fitting of the valve will be provided by the contractor itself including supply of the sluice valve of dia. 12" . Flange of both end for fitting in the pipeline with rubber packing will also provided by the contractor)
